Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de restauration car l'endroit est isolé

Hôtel passable, moquette pas nettoyé encore des miettes et poussière, odeur dégoût qui remonte par l’évier de la salle de bain

Nous avons passé un cours séjour, un accueuil sympa et agréable.
Tout est très propre et petit déjeuner très copieux.
Je recommande cet Hôtel.

En plus du prix de la chambre il faut rajouter 6€ de parking par jour

Nuitée passer après un mariage, très calme cela été très appréciable.

chambre froide chauffage inexistant , pourtant saison hiver tres deçue

Hotel recent, tres grande chambre, literie confortable. Bémol sur la température de la chambre un peu froide pour une période hivernale et que le climatisation réversible n'a pas réussi a vraiment réchauffer.

O hotel está um pouco descuidado, porta giratória não funciona, o quarto não estava limpo quando chegamos. Difícil acesso ao estacionamento

Mir wurde trotz Buchung und Vorabbezahlung bei Expedia trotzdem noch einmal der volle Betrag für das Zimmer in Rechnung gestellt. Ich habe es vor Ort noch am selben Abend reklamiert. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass der Betrag wieder gutgeschrieben wird. Nach drei Tagen ist dieses noch immer nicht geschehen. Werde nach meinem Urlaub Expedia kontaktieren.

This hotel does not have a pool.
We booked the hotel based on the fact that it states having a pool.
It hasn’t and has never had.
It’s far from everything except the TGV station.
We accepted this and the higher price and the fact that parking wasn’t free solely based on the fact that there was a pool.
So the disappointment was great when we found out and we was only met with a “not our problem-attitude”.
We even tried Hotels.com’s customer support who contacted the hotel, but they were not willing to give any kind of compensation.
I assume it’s the hotel’s responsibility to make sure that the information in the hotel.com’s website/app is correct.
By the time I’m making this review nine days later the hotel still states having a pool.

Ideaal als doorreis hotel of voor zakenmensen. Voor een langer verblijf niet zo geschikt aangezien er geen zwembad en fitness aanwezig zijn zoals op de site=Expedia wordt vermeld en er in nabije omgeving niets is buiten kantoren. Je moet echt de wagen nemen om bv naar Belfort te gaan. Wij hadden ook de pech dat het restaurant naast het hotel wegens vakantie gesloten was. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Ideal for early/late arrivals at TGV station. Friendly and efficient staff. Quiet.

The hotel is newly built and the standard is ok. Parking is expensive but easy once you know the system.
TIP: The hotel entrance is completely inaccessible by car. You have to first park at the TGV station. Enter at the long-term parking (keep to the right) and get a ticket. After that you can walk to the hotel and check in. When you leave, you pay the hotel for the parking and they validate the ticket.
The hotel should prepare people for this procedure !
