Pros:

Un excellent emplacement, au cœur des montagnes de Tejeda. C’est un endroit magnifique, un véritable coin de paradis, parfait pour se déconnecter de la ville et du stress.

Le restaurant est exceptionnel : les plats sont extrêmement délicieux et préparés avec beaucoup de soin. La gérante française est très accueillante, souriante et toujours à l’écoute. Le personnel de la réception est également très gentil et chaleureux.

Un lieu très calme, idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la nature. Je recommande cet endroit à 100 % et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

El aire no era condicionado,el buffet se le acabaron los alimentos 10 minutos después de abrir.La piscina la tuve que limpiar porque estaba guarrisima,habia abejas en el agua ,pajullo,plantas.

Pros:

El entorno, la cercanía con Tejeda y la naturaleza.

Cons:

El parking dentro del lugar le quita privacidad a la zona de chill out y piscina. No se puede descansar ahí con tanto coche dentro.

Un hôtel au calme loin du tumulte du bord de mer.
Pros:

La localisation de l'hôtel au centre de l'île et en altitude. Propice au calme et repos. Le décors est magnifique. Personnel chaleureux et sympathique, francophone de plus. Très bonne nourriture. Pleins de magnifiques randonnées.

Cons:

L'absence d'un mini frigo du moins pour ma chambre et de coffre fort. L'insonorisation extérieure est correcte mais très légère, on entend facilement ce qui se passe dans les chambres à proximité mais plus qu'acceptable tant que chacun respecte son voisin, après ça reste dans le charme de cet hôtel.

Excepcional, todo un descubrimiento
Pros:

El silencio y el entorno natural es sin duda el fuerte de este lugar!
Pero no puedo dejar de destacar la calidad del restorán que funciona ahí mismo, Tajinaste, comida de calidad y super sabrosa, y muy bien de precio por cierto, con una musiquita de fondo que permite disfrutar del combo a pleno .También se puede deyanunar muy bien pagando 10 euros por persona.
Luego en las áreas comunes había muchos espacios donde descansar, dormir una siesta cerca de la piscina, había gatitos que jugaban entre ellos y que se notaba que eran parte de la familia. También había una pareja con su perro, lo cual me pareció muy hermoso.

Personnel charmant et très accueillant.
Petit déjeuner et dîner très bons avec un bon rapport qualité prix/prix.
Emplacement excellent.

Cons:

Les chambres sont sommaires. Nous en avions deux et les deux avaient une odeur très désagréable comme une remontée des égouts, c’était assez dérangeant. Egalement les randonneurs passent très tôt le matin en parlant fort, donc réveil matinal assuré.

L’emplacement a été parfait. Les repas étaient parfait. Je tiens à remercier Aliénor et son conjoint d’une gentillesse. Toujours le sourire. Le cadre était parfait. La chambre était propre typique tout ce que nous recherchons.

Cons:

L’odeur d’eau de Javel fort désagréable dans notre chambre, surtout la salle de bain…. Et le deuxième jour fort odeur de moisissure.

Beautiful venue with peaceful swimming pool
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, cocooning.
The staff is very nice and accommodating, they helped me a lot after I made some booking issues and they have been very dedicated.
The pool area is very nice, with high trees around.
They also have a shared living room and multiple terrasses.
There are few parking spots.
The restaurant is very nice, I had dinner there.

Cons:

Everything was great. I only have a small recommendation: the body wash provided could be better :)
