Un havre de paix dans un magnifique paysage
Pros:

Petit hôtel rural très sympathique, idéalement situé à Cruz de Tejeda, point central pour de magnifiques randonnées. Les transferts en bus sont peu chers et permettent d'aller à Tejeda et Roque Nublo.
Le jardin et les deux terrasses sont très agréables. Un havre de paix.
L'hôtel est propre et la literie confortable.

Le restaurant français attenant à l'hôtel est un atout pour l'hôtel. Il est tenu par Ines une française très sympathique. Les repas sont copieux et goûteux. Manon au service est une jeune femme très professionnelle et très  agréable.

Cons:

Les chambres 5, 6 et 9 sont petites. La chambre 9 est très humide en cette période de l'année. Les salles de bain sont rudimentaires. Tout cela serait ok pour un hôtel rural si ce n'est que le prix de la chambre est élevé compte tenu du confort proposé.

Réception (Check in) électronique qui donne un code d'accès qui ne fonctionne pas. Personne à la réception pour vous renseigner. Numéro de téléphone de la réception occupé en permanence. SMS adressé à la réception qui reste sans réponse. ACCUEIL NUL pour un hôtel. Passez votre chemin
Chambre n° 3 exigüe. Pas de prise électrique. Propreté moyenne. Pas de chaise. La fenêtre ruisselait sur la valise et le sac posés sur la tablette sous la fenêtre.

Finde estupendo.
Pros:

Es la 3° vez que nos quedamos en el hotel, y nos gusta todo, personal super amable tanto la chica de recepción como en la cocina, en los desayunos han mejorado bastante y las cenas, con ese toque francés, buenisimas. Camas muy cómodas, el lugar silencioso. Sitio super recomendable para desconectar.

Amazing location for hikes nearby, gorgeous food & we were so well looked after.

Sometimes the hot water was a bit hit or miss if lots of people were using the system at once, but there was plenty available as long as you were patient.
