The stay was fine but we will be staying at another location for our annual Buena Vista visit.
Pros:

This was our third time staying at Surf Hotel and Chateau. We love their restaurant the Wesley Rose and the location next to the river.

Cons:

The person at the check-in desk was not welcoming and left us feeling like she did not want us there. Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00. The beds were uncomfortable and we had little bugs in our room.

Christopher at the front desk started my AMAZING experience. He was so personable and helpful. Felt like I had a new friend right away. The hotel is beyond darling. Can’t wait to come back.
