We will probably be back.
Pros:

Loved the room with a balcony and especially the hot pool.

Cons:

Front desk was not very friendly. We found out about the hot pool from our waitress at dinner. Food was marginal.

The location was great, the stay was just okay 😕
Pros:

The location, facilities, and staff were great!

Cons:

The room I'd booked for my birthday was not available, but the staff was great and "upgraded" us to another room. Still would have preferred the original (I like small and cozy). It was too late for me to find another hotel for my birthday or drive all the way back home (3 hours). We just made the most of it. Going from the chateau from the pool was annoying as they do not provide robes or changing rooms. It was well below freezing, so we had to carry out clothes and awkwardly change in the fireplace lounge during a tour and when other guests were having a drink by the fire. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed by the hotel.

Relaxing get away with great views!
Pros:

Great staff, checked in with us prior to check in and gave us a upgraded room. Clean and nicely decorated and enjoyed the balcony.

Cons:

Restaurant was crowded with a wait maybe allow guests to make reservations ahead of time.

Room was adequate (too small for the price), not cooperative in response for credit of second night.
Pros:

Quiet area, bed comfortable.

Cons:

During our stay, we wanted to watch the World Series Final Game. We could not get the TV to work. The receptionist came up twice to try to fix the problem with no resolution. We left the hotel the next morning. When requested that the second night's charge be credited, we were told that that wasn't the hotel policy. I certainly will not recommend this hotel. We were not able to utilize an amenity (the TV), and should be appropriately compensated.

Beautiful property and love the size of the rooms in the Chateau area! Centrally located and great hiking right out front.

They need a section of medicine, toiletries, etc in the gift shop.

We had a great time- the hotel was quaint, the food was good and the pool was amazing.
Pros:

The heated salt water pool was AMAZING! The stairs are great- love how they were re-done and so wide a large foot can easily go up and down.

Cons:

The ambiance of the hotel is really great except the floors that have carpet show wear and tear that could use a stretch. I was disappointing there are no robes to wear to the pool, or a real closet area to hang clothing. Disappointing they do not do breakfast or room service.

Birthday weekend with my 8 year old daughter, weather was beautiful and we had a fabulous time!

Beautiful hotel. Hot pool was great. Amenities were amazing. Location was superb!

Cons:

Housekeeping left all 3 carts in front of our room on day of check out while cleaning all rooms on the second floor
