Pros:

Equipe bem treinada, experiente e simpática. Café da manhã muito gostoso e com ampla variedade. Só achei o quarto pequeno e sem luxo, pelo valor cobrado. Mas no geral fiquei satisfeita.

Apesar da excelente localização pra eventos no mineirão, o hotel peca muito na infraestrutura e atendimento

Chuveiro tava ok, café da manhã do sábado tava bom. Cama tbem ok

Cons:

Infra estrutura muito precária, apartamento sujo, portas velhas. Instalações enferrujadas. Hotel parece estar abandonado. Estacionamento muito pequeno e apertado.

O hotel fica localizado muito próximo ao Mineirão, localização estratégca e excelente para qualquer evento realizado ali

Cons:

O hotel é antigo e precisa de uma manutenção e uma troca geral dos enxovais que já estão desgastados. Outra dica importante, crítica construtiva, é ter um funcionário específico para ser o manobrista, pois a garagem é pequena e péssima para estacionar, ainda que tivesse um custo pelo serviço.
