O quarto é muito pequeno e muito quente, o banheiro é pequeno e o exaustor não está funcionando.
A lixeira do banheiro está enferrujada e o secador está estragado.
As toalhas estão manchadas.
O estacionamento precisa fazer bastante manobra, carros grandes têm dificuldade para estacionar.

Boa acomodação e bom serviço.
Pros:

A localização é muito tranquila. Os funcionários atenciosos. O café da manhã apesar de simples atende bem o propósito de ser um hotel executivo. O hotel possui 3 elevadores, o que facilita muito a agilidade de acesso aos quartos e demais cômodos do hotel.

Cons:

Percebi que precisam melhorar na manutenção de alguns itens tais como: box do chuveiro, que precisa de um ajuste na guarnição de fechamento, a porta do banheiro um pouco desgastada, contudo nada que tenha atrapalhado. Outro item que, em algum momento, devem fazer é a troca da TV por um modelo Smart.

Localização excepcional, estrutura ótima e tudo muito limpo.

Os recepcionistas do check-in péssimos ...mau humorados principalmente ela...já os da noite inverte ..ela super educada e o moço um ogro...o pessoal da faxina e do café da manhã excepcionais.

O hotel possui algumas avarias, mas vale pelo custo benefício.
Próximo ao parque Pampulha, acesso bom para pegar ônibus para o centro, bem como para Uber.

Les manutention du hôtel, pareil t’il qui ne pas fait à long long temp, notre chambre dans notre arrivé étais en tres très mal état, sale de bain et bec moisissure partout, mur à côté de lit avec peinture à tomber et etc
