The location is ideal with a relaxing and calm atmosphere amidst the busy traffic outside. The rooms are clean and spacious and provide good value for money.

Had a great stay at Privato Hotel Ortigas. The place was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to their very accommodating staff, Andrea and Justine, who made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!❤️

I had a wonderful stay with my family. Our room was so spacious and clean. We had what we needed in the kitchen. It was like being in the comfort of my home. But what i appreciate most are the staff very kind and friendly interns. Specially thanks to Bryan & Charles attentive to our needs.

Short 2 week stay. Affordable and close to city center. Many shops close by. Housekeeping daily to change sheets, clean, and give on the house supplies. Housekeeper Kean made sure I had everything I needed. Would recommend to local pinoy or foreigner alike.

We had a great one-night stay at the hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short staycation.

I would also like to commend Christelle from the front office. She was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She made the check-in process smooth and made us feel very welcome.

room was great and it doesn't break your wallet. AC was cool and quiet, the bathroom was clean and nice, the room was clean when we arrived.

We have been frequenting Privato for years now. This is our home away from home. Just a few minutes away from Estancia where we can enjoy movies and food.

Privato has the best rooms! Their airconditioning is perfect, beds are so comfortable. Weighted blanket always give us the best sleep. ☺️

Great location. Accessible to groceries and food options nearby. The staff, from the doorman to the front desk and housekeeping, are very accommodating. It honestly feels like home.

Kudos to Kean for consistently checking our room, taking out the garbage, if changing the linens is needed and making sure essentials like toothbrushes/slippers are available and maintained cleanliness.

I’ve never felt more comfortable requesting anything, as they never dismiss you outright and always check first if it’s something they can accommodate. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I must say they are doing a great job!

Being in the middle of the city, some noise is expected but it didn’t bother us.

It feels like staying at a 5-star hotel but at a very friendly price! Great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience and excellent service.

Oh, before I forget, the lobby smells so good that when you get back from a tiring day, you instantly feel relaxed. That’s really a plus.
