We were warmly greeted upon arrival into this charming hotel, which set a level of service that never waned. The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast options ample, and the amenities better than expected. All staff were excellent, with a special shout out for Chanthon and Sunny.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive — always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed. Special thanks to Chanthon, Soh, Pov and Vortey for going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The laundry service was quick and easy, which made my stay even more convenient. The food was excellent — every meal was fresh and flavorful. I especially loved being welcomed back with a cool towel and water after returning from outings — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly cared for. I also enjoyed the spa, which offered a wonderful and relaxing experience. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful and in a prime location to walk around Siem Reap or catch a tuk tuk.
The staff were incredible from start to finish. Every greeting came with a genuine smile, and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — remembering my name, anticipating what I needed before I even asked. Light refreshments, water and cold towels were offer every time I stepped into the lobby. The spa services and food were also excellent. In particular, a few staff members, Chanthon, Pov, Soh, and Vortey made my stay extra incredible

I checked into the hotel on 2 November, and I’m checking out on 5 November and I am coming away thoroughly impressed.

While South east Asian hotels generally do well in the service department, this hotel really hit the ball out of the park.

Clean linen, spic and span rooms, a very cozy, comfortable and inviting decor and that ever present smile complete the experience.

Location is an added bonus.

If you are looking for a great stay near pub street in Siem Reap, look no further. We stayed here for few nights and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. As soon as come you come into the hotel they rush to greet you, provide cold water and cold towel. They decorated the room for our welcome, left fruits and welcome snacks. Next day we had a sunrise tour, they packed a nice breakfast for us. Every meal we ate at the hotel was delicious.

Location is great, just 2 minutes from the pub street but still quite.

We spent 4 nights in family in this hotel in October 2025. It was a great hotel. Excellent location in the city center with one of the best staffs I ever met. They were very kind and help us on many points.

We were supposed to stay only 2 nights at the beginning but after experiencing another hotel in the city, we came back at the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel. We had a warm welcome back, and the whole staff was great on all the points. Rooms, breakfast and pool, everything was perfect. M. Leap (managing the front desk during the evening) was very helpful.

We had a lovely stay and were looked after really well! The staff were very attentive, particularly Leap who was a great host. Perfect spot for pub street and if you don’t mind a bit of noise.

Leap was an excellent host, and the entire team was very hospitable, a bit noisy being close to pub street but very convenient spot.

This hotel was amazing everything was good. They really take care of the customer and they provide everything for me.Very fiendly staff specially viriya that make feel good with her nice cocktail and always friendly.The location is perfect nice and clean and close to everything just 2 minute by walk.

We had a great few days in Siem Reap. The hotel is ideal with a good sized clean room. The staff are VERY attentive (maybe taking it down a notch would be good) but that maybe because not all the rooms were booked. We’d return to this hotel is we were in Siem Reap in the future.

Reserved 3 rooms for my family. All of us really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff were super courteous and anticipated things we might want. The rooms were wonderful and we had a turndown service each night with some small snack left for us. Breakfast was very good - we had the Eggs Benny each day with fruits from the buffet. Coffee was made to order as well! I live in hotels 11 months of the year and this is one of my favourite in this price range - mainly due to the staff!!

Perfect place and perfect location. A block (or less) from Pub Street. Fantastic staff! I love this place! I have stayed 3 or 4 times already and a few friends have too. None of us have ever been disappointed.

Amazing staff, room and food. 10/10 recommend. The spot is tucked away and makes it very private. The pool is very nice and trdrrshing. The staff always greeted us with water and snacks

The staff was SOO welcoming and friendly. They were there to greet us with towels and water everytime we came in. They had a variety of fruits and snacks also provided. The room is absolutely gorgeous and the complimentary breakfast was amazingly delicious. I can not explain enough how amazing the staff was. They were constantly making sure we were ok and gave us food and refreshments without even asking. The pool is such a great part of the hotel it’s beautiful and refreshing. Everything about this hotel was truly great 10/10 recommend.
