The location is near Pub Street meaning there will be lively crowd in the evening. You are in the middle of the fun time. From the minute you step onto the property, Radate's team; Devit, Veasna, and Leap, greet you with their beaming smiles, super-friendly personalities, and top-class service. What a great lovely experience we had at Khmer Mansion Boutique. Everything was great- location, room, the staff, breakfast etc. Debit and Radate were so welcoming making us feel very special. They always greet us with a lovely smile. Will definitely come back again and refer our friends here.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Very clean with good size rooms with good breakfast. The pool is excellent and the staff are very attentive. Radade, Vofey, Veasna and Devit were all staff that couldnt do enough to look after us and make sure we had everything we needed.

Our stay at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel was exceptional. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We received the nicest welcome and perfect service from the staff, especially Radate, Votey, and Veasna. The pool is the perfect spot to relax during the hot hours. They also provided a packed breakfast for our sunrise Angkor Wat visit, which was a great touch. The location of the hotel is perfect, with tons of restaurants and shops around. It’s only a 3-minute walk from Pub Street and the night market, yet still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

The Khmer Mansion was luxury stay at its finest. The staff greeted you by name upon your arrival and return. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. Every detail was addressed with great care. The meals, a box breakfast for the sunrise, cool towels, generous staff- all were amazing. Especially wonderful David, Dena, the massage therapist and the manager!.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic in every way. The staff led by Radate have honestly been the best in-house set of staff we have encountered on our travels. They are professional, friendly and couldn't do enough to make us happy. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. The food was great too, from breakfast throughout the day. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. You should be so proud.

Wonderful attentive staff (Raksa, Mina David, Nisa were fantastic)- went above and beyond for everything. Little touches were amazing- welcoming us with drinks and snacks and leaving daily snacks in the room. I mentioned i was gluten free and staff provided gluten free bread without me asking! Breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of fresh fruit and a menu to order from.
Fantastic pool, room really clean. Excellent location- close enough to the central streets but set back slightly so quiet at night. Exceptional value for money.

Of all the places we stayed on a 3-week SE Asia trip, this was our favourite. It's like a little oasis of tranquility just off the busy loud streets - close to everything you need, but peaceful and none of the noise reaching the hotel. The rooms are large, well appointed and comfortable, and the pool area is perfect for post temple relaxation. The staff are exceptional, always there with a cold towel, or helping with anything you need, they went absolutely above and beyond to make it a perfect stay - Mr. Leap, Davith, Mina, Nisa are some of the names that stand out but honestly it was every single person. Bartender even made a terrific mai tai! Easy 10/10

What a fantastic place to stay. Staff are such an awesome asset to this property as they were all amazing.Great location. Couple minute walk to pub street, but quiet.surrounded by cheap great restaurants.Bed/shower were awesome. Would only ever stay here for next visit

Although we didn’t end up staying here, I feel compelled to leave a review because the service was exceptional.
Our Cambodian friends had kindly booked accommodation for us, and when we arrived at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap, we were welcomed with such warmth and generosity. The staff greeted us with cool refreshing towels, a cold glass of water, a delicious pina colada mocktail, and a lovely spread of snacks. It was such a thoughtful and impressive welcome, especially in the Cambodian heat.
Unfortunately, when we went to check in, we realised we had arrived at the wrong hotel! Despite this, the staff remained incredibly polite, gracious, and kind. They insisted we relax and finish our drinks and snacks before leaving, which truly touched us.
Their hospitality speaks volumes about the level of service they provide. A special thank you to Davit and Votey for their warmth and professionalism.
If this is how they treat guests who aren’t even staying there, I can only imagine how wonderful the experience must be for those who do. Highly recommended for their outstanding customer service.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival into this charming hotel, which set a level of service that never waned. The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast options ample, and the amenities better than expected. All staff were excellent, with a special shout out for Chanthon and Sunny.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive — always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed. Special thanks to Chanthon, Soh, Pov and Vortey for going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The laundry service was quick and easy, which made my stay even more convenient. The food was excellent — every meal was fresh and flavorful. I especially loved being welcomed back with a cool towel and water after returning from outings — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly cared for. I also enjoyed the spa, which offered a wonderful and relaxing experience. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run place to stay.

The hotel is beautiful and in a prime location to walk around Siem Reap or catch a tuk tuk.
The staff were incredible from start to finish. Every greeting came with a genuine smile, and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — remembering my name, anticipating what I needed before I even asked. Light refreshments, water and cold towels were offer every time I stepped into the lobby. The spa services and food were also excellent. In particular, a few staff members, Chanthon, Pov, Soh, and Vortey made my stay extra incredible

I checked into the hotel on 2 November, and I’m checking out on 5 November and I am coming away thoroughly impressed.

While South east Asian hotels generally do well in the service department, this hotel really hit the ball out of the park.

Clean linen, spic and span rooms, a very cozy, comfortable and inviting decor and that ever present smile complete the experience.

Location is an added bonus.
