It's a huge apartment, nice and clean. Wifi was quite slow and not available in all rooms. Noisy at night due to humming from nearby air conditioning units on the street. Lots of cheap local shops and restaurants. No channels on TV.

Clean and very spacious— exceeded expectations. Great service from the breakfast guy, very friendly! However, sometimes the smell of smoke comes into the room, which was bothersome for us. This could be from the rooftop as our room is on the 6th floor. Overall, pleasant stay!

The problem is there is only one elevator

There was bad smell al time and the house keping dont come dayly

This place is a hidden gen for Jeddah visitor. It may not be a full fledged western chain hotel, but it offer spacious , clean, comfortable living space. The location is convenient, just uber or taxi yourself around. My family was very please with this choice, at fraction of big hotel expenses. This is certainly a family location, singles would not value these benefits. WiFi was a great perk.

الفندق لابأس به ولكن الافضل للاقامة الطويلة للعمل في جدة ليست بمستوى الفنادق ولا الفخامة مجرد مكان نظيف

- Parking area nice, but might be hard for 4x4 cars.

I liked the southern theme used and i never thought i could find such a professional hotel apartments service in Jeddah.

جميله وممتعه الشقه تبعث الراحه والاسترخاء بتصاميمها واثاثها الانيق ونظافتها وهدةء المنطقه فيها

Rooms was spacious, clean, bathroom was completely fine
The room had a washing machine and all this kind of things which make it suitable for long stays
Staff are friendly and helpful
Close to many restaurants
I found taxis easily in my 2 days visit

A great place for families,expensive price

We were pleasantly pleased with the room. It was super clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. We did not, however like the strong smell of perfume and incense that seemed to permeate the whole place. It was not to our taste as it gave us headaches, but overall the hotel was great.

Good staff , nice cooperation , they looking for customer satisfaction with high quality service.
