The property was in a great location for our needs

Cons:

The price we paid for the property, we expected all the facilities to be functional. This unfortunately wasn’t the case with the bath in the main ensuite bathroom. The tap only dribbled out water at best and then fell off in my hands when turning it off. The fittings inside the tap itself were very brittle and worn out.
The staff at reception were fantastic about this issue when I mentioned it at check out.
The lady mentioned at on cleaning the units with baths, the cleaners “fill them up”. Im not sure this could have been the case with this bath.

Staff 100% feel this needs an update .

Not far from a few restaurants.

Very average accomodation for the price.
Pros:

The location is great but I was glad we only had one night booked.

Cons:

The room was pretty underwhelming to be honest. The balcony was not as pictured in the advertisement. The beds were not comfortable. The location is great but I was glad we only had one night booked.

We'll be back!
Pros:

Location was central to everything! From the moment we walked in we were blown away with the look and feel of the apartment. Everything we could have possibly wanted was close at hand.
From start to finish it was a seamless stay with Lanai- will 100% be back on our next visit to Mackay.

Cons:

I have nothing that I found negative with this accommodation
