Location is very accessible. Staff are polite and attentive
Non pre payment options. We stayed 5 nights and there was no closet space even in the family room
It was very close to the MRT and a 10-min walk to Araneta Coliseum. Definitely booking here again next time I attend a concert. Also, the stay is a full 24 hours so, no matter what time you arrive, you can check-out any time within the 24-hr window.
The construction beside the hotel went until evening.
The pillows are too low for those used to the regular-sized pillows.

The staff was accomodating though it took them quite a while to check our reservation.
Noise. Couples fighting (not sound proof). There are bugs everywhere. It took them a while to take our orders or requests.

Wifi was working and 24hr reception. Cheap stay in Manila.
Many cockroaches in the room, which was very small and could be rented by the hour (if you book through booking.com you therefore overpay). No hot shower, only cold. Noisy neighborhood. Check-in was slow, not very service oriented.
