Bunker Hill Hotel

The pictures online are very deceiving in the ratings that are given. There is no possible way this deserves a five. The only really good thing about this hotel is the breakfast in the morning that is complementary. First night we stayed there. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, the kitchenette had an electric stove on it that was unplugged and the dishware that was included in this room that had four beds, had three of everything.
A week later, we stayed there again because there was no other place for us to get a booking due to an event that was happening for the weekend, the room was better but had no Wi-Fi and they had to come and set up the Roku stations on the TVs. Looks like they are attempting to renovate.

This hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to the city center. The included breakfast was really tasty and the service was good. The room itself was pretty dated but we had a great view off the balcony and it was clean. Shower pressure was very light but at least we had hot water. Would definitely stay again if we ever return

Nice hotel in the main historic area of St Thomas. Rooms were clean, needed some updating, new linens and pillows especially. Very good restaurant on site and breakfast was good. Small pool. Only issue was water pressure in the showers. It was non existent. Overall good place to stay, near shopping and ferry.

The owner was so sweet. She even sung me Happy Birthday. I will stay there again. It felt like home. The owners are so sweet and the hotel is very cozy and I have never stayed at a place that had staff so friendly and nice.

The staff is awesome, they want only comfort and satisfaction. The food was the best I’ve had. There was a hurricane threatening with high winds but they delivered an awesome meal, I’ll be back.

Buner Hill Hotel is centrally located; it is literally in the downtown section of St. Thomas. There are two cafe's onsite and the food/service very good.

We had to house 12 of us and this place had the rooms to accommodate. Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Building is a bit aged and electrical in one room needed some work(lamps/fan). For the cost and convenience, no complaints.

The property has a restaurant and it was the best food we ate in st Thomas. Staff was very welcoming and attentive and helped us with everything we needed. I loved there service. Will definitely visit again. And the complementary breakfast was great to help us go relax and enjoy the island without having to find a place to eat breakfast. But really most of all loved how attentive they were!
