Overall good , would recommend.
Pros:

Location and friendly staff service

Cons:

Room is a little old .
Towel rack was half dropping off .
New slippers were not given daily , but was quickly delivered once we call housekeeping , small issue.
Beddings are comfortable , room size is good .
Suggest to use stainlesssteel kettles instead of plastic ones.
Hair dryer is weak , suggest to change . D

Sporo do poprawy
Pros:

Filtrowana woda w kranie, siłownia 24h, miła obsługa, świetny serwis w trakcie śniadania, przekąski powitalne. Duży basen, z którego udało się skorzystać 1 dnia.

Cons:

Brak informacji o zamkniętym basenie i remoncie - gdybym o tym wiedziała, zarezerwowałabym inny hotel, bo pływam codziennie. Wiercenie w hotelu od godz. 11.
Niedokładne sprzątanie pokoju, stoliki nocne po przetarciu, wręcz zmieniły kolor, mam nawet zdjęcia, chusteczki były czarne po lekkim przetarciu stolików.
Brak możliwości wcześniejszego check- in, ciężko mi uwierzyć, że o godzinie 14 ,nie było żadnego wolnego pokoju.
Dość słaby internet.
Brak gorącej wody przez 2 dni (była lekko ciepła).
Brzydka okolica, wszystko w okolicy łącznie z fortem jest w trakcie remontu.
Maly wybór warzyw na śniadaniu, owoce przeważnie niedojrzałe, poza arbuzem bez smaku, pan robiący Roti, nie chce robić ich na świeżo, mimo opisu w menu, że może robić 4 rodzaje robi 1 i kroi na drobne kawałki.
Suszarki do włosów lata świetności mają za sobą, wysuszenie samej grzywki zajmuje kilka minut.

Très bien si on oublie l'état des chambres
Pros:

Personnel: 10/10: souriant, accueillant, sympathique.
Déjeuner: 10/10 : très varié, cuisine locale mise en évidence mais aussi déjeuner occidental. Sucré/salé. Délicieux.
Emplacement: 8/10: Bien situé, accès facile aux différents points d'intérêts, nombreux restaurants dans les alentours.
Piscine: 7/10: possibilité de faire des longueurs et aussi de se reposer, petite pataugeoire pour les enfants mais a besoin d'être un peu rafraichie, surtout les planchers autours de la piscine.

Cons:

Chambre 1/10: une catastrophe. Le tapis n'avait pas été aspiré, les miroirs de la salle de bain étaient tachés de dentifrice, les miroirs, le bureau de la chambre (en verre) remplis de trace de mains, la douche était remplie de moisissures (que JE suis parvenue à laver donc il y avait moyen!), énormes tâches de moisissure sur les murs. Il était tard quand nous sommes arrivés. J'ai été en parler à la réception, ils m'ont dit que toutes les chambres étaient comme cela. Vu que la Malaisie est un pays humide, nous nous sommes dit que cela devait être normal. On toussait dès qu'on entrait dans la chambre. Impossible de mettre l'air conditionné tant le ventilateur était rempli de moisissures. Ce fut de très loin la pire chambre que nous avons eu en Malaisie et peut-être bien de tous nos voyages. Et cerise sur le gâteau pour le dernier matin, un beau gros cafard !
Nous avons vu des travaux dans l'hotel au rez-de-chaussée. Il sera utile de rénover les chambres si vous voulez garder une bonne cote sur Booking. La gentillesse de votre personnel et votre petit déjeuner vous sauvent.

Loved my stay here
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly, polite and professional.
At check-in they knew not to say aloud my room number. It's amazing how many hotels loudly announce the room number of solo female travellers so I was impressed they didn't - a sign of well-trained staff.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept brilliantly. The bathroom was spacious.
The location was great for walking everywhere but it was lovely and quiet. Lots of great places to eat nearby.

The breakfast buffet was vast and had something for everyone. The dal was delicious. Nice little basket of snacks in the room.

Everything was spotlessly clean. The furnishings might not be the most modern but they were very comfortable

I enjoyed seeing the cruise ships dock and watching them leave from my window.

The pool area was nice but I can imagine it being difficult to get a lounger if the hotel had been busier.

Great value.

Cons:

Lots of reviews mention refurbishment being needed. This is true in some parts but the hotel is well-maintained and it's excellent value and very comfortable for the price paid.
