From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. In line with the Malaysia government’s decision to implement Sales and Service Tax (SST) of 6% effective 1st January 2022, this tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.
Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel, hotel will not accept any third party credit card.

L'emplacement, le petit déjeuner.
Mal reçu par un des manager car nous étions 3 : 2 adultes et 1 enfant et ils nous ont fait dormir dans u lit tous les trois car on avait oublié de demandé un extra bed. Surréaliste la situation !

Location
The spacious room, comfortable beds although the pillows are to firm. We requested a softer pillows and they were a little bit better, just a little bit. We also requested the bath robes and they made our stay very comfortable. Clean linings, fluffy white towels, a faucet with the filtered water right is installed in the room, so not need to request water bottles. A complimentary tea, snacks, instant coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A welcome drink was very refreshing. Hotel is strategically located, close to everything we wanted to visit.
A gym could be a little bit better. A sanitizer spray should be provided to disinfect equipment. The yoga mats are very old and very dirty.
The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices but not for the strict vegetarian/vegan. At least a better selection of the local fruits should be offered.

Hoisekeeping exceptional. Our room was thoroughly cleaned and maintained during our stay.
Location of hotel perfect for ease of transfer from/to the ferry terminal. Easy to walk to local attractions with bus routes and grab cars (of course) easily available.

Breakfast pretty decent, filling.
Staff great, especially the Security guys holding the doors, wearing a uniform, standing in the blazing sun and still smiling every time comes in or out of the building takes some doing.
Location.
The room corridor aircon is warm. The toilet door lock cannot be locked. Sink tap water always warm if not hot.
