Memorable and looking foward to returning
Pros:

I'm always reminded that we a great staff and service provided by the hotel it is always something you'll remember and will be on your mind when you plan your next vacation and Penang Royale Chullan has provided that. Clean and cool room, great shower, good pool and a good breakfast spread. Tried the room service and the food was delicious.

Cons:

The parking is small, but do understand that it is because of the area it self. Wish the parking next to the hotel was owned by them but I don't think that is the case.

Pros:

朝食がおいしかったし、建物もクラシックで素敵でした。

Cons:

（ホテルとは直接関係ないけど）ホテルの周りは工事しているところが多かったので、スーツケースを引きずるのが割と大変だった。足元気を付けて。

Very disappointing and certainly not a four star hotel.
Pros:

A good breakfast buffet although long lines to get a table. Pool was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was musty, and dank and even after running the aircon for two days the smell remained. As a result I developed sinus issues and headache - clear signs of the presence of mould. On the final night there was a downpour and there were fresh water stains in the ceiling when we woke up. Bathroom also showed signs of water seepage and damage.

A lovely break in a relaxed city.
Pros:

Our room was comfortable for our needs. We enjoyed the pool and spa. Breakfast was a large array of fresh food of varying cultures to enjoy. Something for everyone.The hotel was close to the ferry where the free bus and other buses could be caught. All the staff were very welcoming.
