Eine fantastische kleine Auszeit
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, idyllische Lage direkt am Weinberg, mit Blick auf Freyburg, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit vielen Extras wie z.B. Sekt, frisch zubereitete Waffeln, modern und gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Besonders gut hat uns das Restaurant gefallen, sehr gute Gerichte, guter Wein, Extrawünsche sind kein Problem. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders schön ist die riesige Terrasse. Auch hier war es kein Problem den Wein am Nachmittag auf der Terrasse zu genießen.

Immer wieder!
Pros:

Selbst beim Frühstück gab es Kerzen und Wechsel der gestärkten Tischdecken nach jedem Gast. Viel Liebe im Detail.Service im Restaurant war gut , der Oberkellner der mich bediente war ausgezeichnet. Enormes Fachwissen zu Weinen und Essen.

Cons:

Ein Barserice am Abend fehlt.

Hotel mit sensationellem Blick
Pros:

Der Service, die Lage, das Frühstück..., der Sonnenuntergang und der Blick auf die Stadt Freyburg. Das Hotel hatte wirklich etwas.

Insgesamt aber ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war traumhaft, inclusive der Aussicht. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und schmeckt sehr gut, dazu gibt es eine große Auswahl regionaler Weine.

Cons:

Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen sehr schönen Pavillon, den man nur gegen Gebühr von 100 Euro betreten darf, auch wenn er gerade nicht belegt ist.

Lieber in einem 3-Sterne Hotel überrascht werden, als im 4-Sternehotel enttäuscht.
Pros:

Tolle Aussichtslage mit Traumterrasse überhalb Freyburg. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Freundlicher Service.

Cons:

Pflegemängel im Bad. Nur ein Restaurant welches um 21:30 Uhr schließt. Keine Bar. Kein weiteres gastronomisches Angebot am späteren Abend. Für den Anspruch eines 4-Sterne Hotels, keine Gepäckhilfe, keine Zimmerbegleitung, kein Zimmerservice. Zimmerausstattung der 2-Bettzimmer sind weit unter dem 4-Sterneanspruch.
