Pros:

Angenehme Zimmer. Check in trotz online-Buchung schleppend. Die Kollegin an der Rezeption wurde vom Kollegen bevormundet.

Cons:

Check in. Zusatzbuchung des völlig überteuerten Frühstücks. Zuhören, dann versteht man die Gäste.
24 € für das Frühstück sind nicht angebracht.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Personal an der Rezeption wirklich sehr freundlich, auch im Restaurant, auf der Terrasse und beim Frühstück.
Von der Terrasse des Restaurants hat man einen mega Blick über die Stadt Dresden. Traumhaft.👍

Empfang beim Einchecken sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Zum Sonntagabend gab es keine Möglichkeit etwas zu Trinken. Und das um 20.00 und toller Terrasse- und Barraum. Das ist absolut schade und wenig ansprechend.

The room was clean.
The restaurant was good.
Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

at the reception there was Nobody. We called many times. After that one Lady staff came. No smile, no infos, no excuse. Better if we had a doll.
