Pros:

The Michigan owned property was one of the best resorts that I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. Its location was stunning not to mention the staffs commitment to seeing to its success.

Loved Crocs! Friendly, fun and very helpful staff. Beautiful location. The two restaurants inside were mediocre, at best, however the poolside bar and grill was exceptional. The free breakfast every morning was also exceptional. I can't finish without mentioning William, who is a fantastic human and made our stay even brighter. Give that man a raise!

Good place casino was small and it was very quiet so if that’s your thing then this is a perfect place. If you are going with the guys like I did. Pick a place that is more upbeat for night life. This spot is more for families and couples. But all and all very nice place to stay!!

Spectacular ocean view! Modern and competitive hotel. Easily out performs hotels in Jaco. Staff service and professionalism is on par or better than well known hotel chains.

The hotel is nice. It has a nice pool. Staff was nice. Food is not the greatest and overpriced. I was expecting fine dining restaurants in the hotel for what it costs per night. The store in the hotel is incredibly expensive. In all honesty I would not stay here again due to the high cost per night. Only activity for kids is the pool. It rains a lot in Costa Rica, they should have inside activities for rainy days.

This property was beautiful! From the beach to the pool to the restaurants. The staff was amazing and very friendly. I stayed here with my husband and children and we had an amazing time. We will definitely be returning here.

My only complaint is that the casino wasn’t bigger and closed at 1am. Otherwise the property was great. Staff was great. We will be back.
