El hotel si estuviera en pleno rendimiento es genial. Los animalitos para ver muy cerca, varias opciones de entretenimiento y habitaciones muy cómodas.
La Splash pool estaba cerrada, era importante para las niñas. La relación calidad precio de la comida es nefasta
- Easy access to the park
- Some fantastic staff- Phoebe in particular on Reception was simply exceptional
- Breakfast was nice
- Rooms were good, aside from air con and tv issues
- Air con broke in two rooms so we ended up staying in 3 different rooms
- TV didn’t work in 2nd room (found it needed resetting)
- Shower head broken in 3rd room
- Pool was disappointing with the splash pool out or order
- Boiling in the restaurant area which was hard to see for the staff having to work but also made dinner not so enjoyable

Room was lovely, great that we could enter the park a hour before the general public.
Severely understaffed.
From having to wait 20 minutes to be greeted when walking in to check in, to waiting 30 minutes for our drinks order.
The price for the room is fair however the price for the food is not worth it at all.
Far too expensive for the food that was received
Lovely rooms, clean sheets and soft material. Bathroom was clean and the works too. Swimming pool staff were friendly and the reception staff too. Plenty car park spaces. Lovely location, felt like I was out of the country even though I was less than two hours drive from home. We loved it..
Only thing I didn’t like was the windows needs cleaning from outside. Bird poop lol. I just closed the curtains.

we loved the property, from the cheerful greeting of the reception staff, who clearly answered all my questions, to watching the zebras, giraffes and ostrich from our bedroom as the sunset.
We had a lovely breakfast followed by early park access which our children loved.

Location was fine. We weren’t even going to the theme park but used this hotel as near where we needed to go.
The loo blocked and it was reported at 8am and when we returned at nearly 10pm, it hadn’t been unblocked/fixed. The cleaner had even been in the room and did nothing about it either.
The breakfasts were delicious. Shortage of plates , not enough food cooked unfortunatly.we had to wait for our breakfast whilst the kids ate
The dinner menu and evening menus had little and poor choice . Drinks were expensive. Not enough tea and coffee in hotel room
The room was amazing, so well set up for little ones. The staff were so friendly and helpful, my husband took Ill the very first day and the staff were so good and organized first aid to look at him and organized a taxi for us to get to the hospital. John was so kind and he upgraded our stay to a gruffalo bedroom, the room was amazing and my little boy was given two books and two teddies, it was such a lovely touch. The pool was nice and the breakfast buffet was good. We could see the zoo from our bedroom window also!! It was such a cool hotel.
The food was not the best, for the kids there were only a few options and adult portions were small, it was also very expensive.
