Pros:

The animals were amazing!! I loved the theme of the hotel and rooms, and the staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was great!

Cons:

I forgot a drink so walked around for a while at 2am trying to find a drink. The vending machine I found, 2 floors up, didn’t accept card and it wasn’t taking my cash either, so I ended up walking back out of the hotel and found a bottle of water in my car. Not very convenient. Our door also wasn’t locking so had to go back down to reception to get someone to help us figure it out. The theme park was also closed.

Pros:

Liked the view from the restaurant and the whole look of the hotel.

Cons:

Many of the facilities were broken. The main big TV screen was broken. The child's pool was shut. The main pool didn't open until .1pm. There was no entertainment while we were there. The rooms were very hot.

Pros:

The place is clean and it is inside the theme park which is very comvenience to us

Cons:

The room provided to us is very hot, the aircondition is not working, I ask for assistance but no one came so we have to suffer the heat of the room with my 1 year old baby in swear for 2 nigbts

Lovely 6th Birthday Stay
Pros:

Azteca restaurant staff were absolutely amazing, they all work so hard, going as fast as they can all with a smile on their face. The lovely lady who hosted at the front (so sad I have forgotten her name) but working Friday evening 9th October. She had such a lovely manner and tone and kept everyone, not just us feeling welcomed and in good humour! Our server was also very lovely and hardworking, I have also forgotten his name but his section was the far right.

Cons:

Initial drinks at the bar took a while which I think couldn't be helped.

Great place for the family
Pros:

A buffet breakfast included in the hotel stay plenty to choose from. Free parking. In the restaurants you have a view to see the animals and there’s also a little garden that you can walk along the fence to see them. The restaurants also offer takeaway.

Cons:

Would like Softer towels and comfier beds, the fridge in the room has a glass door so you can always see the light is on

Perfect family getaway close to all the action.
Pros:

Being so close to the park was perfect. Rooms were great and kids loved it. Breakfast was good too - lots of choice and easy to get a table. Views of the animals from the hotel was a bonus. Most of the staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Check-in was a bit off - staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Didn't really give us any information about our stay (what time breakfast etc). Just all felt a bit cold.
