Increase the staff
Pros:

Came for my sons birthday, received a txt two days before telling me to pre book swimming, tried calling and it was impossible to get through. On arrival I tried to book and they said it was full and that as I had booked through booking.com I would not of been able to pre book anyway. Twice we asked for our son to be added to the birthday board, it wasn’t done. Waiting for drinks at the bar, no staff to be seen most of the time, at one point they even held a staff meeting in view of the bar as over 5 people stood waiting to be served. No one was served till the staff meeting ended. The staff were lovely and kind and helpful but the lack of staff and follow through was very disappointing

Cons:

Following through such as adding my son to the birthday list, this was mentioned at time of booking a month before so I should not of even had to ask on arrival

Nice location, but massively over priced.
Pros:

Obviously the location is the selling point, but it was the only thing really going for it.
The aircon in the room was very good and helped keep us cool.

Cons:

We paid extra for a safari view room, but the windows were so dirty it was almost impossible to see out.
The rooms were very dated and in need of some TLC.
On arrival, a time where the staff should have expected a peak in checkin as the park closed, there were still only 2 desks open - with lots of muttered comments from the staff about “computers are as slow as I am, etc.” it took a long time to get checked in

Pros:

The location is right next to the Park.

Cons:

The breakfast is poor. For the price that I paid, it was disappointing. If you want to have a breakfast at the Safari restaurant, reservation is necessary. You can also have a breakfast at the temple restaurant (reservation is not neccessary). In the morning at the temple, the queue was so long for the breakfast. The arrangement needs to be improved. One staff was at the reception and guided people to the table which took so long.

For the swimming pool, reseravtion is mandatory. During the high season, you need to reserve ASAP.

At the reception, for the check-in, the staff did not explain how to use the hotel in a detail. I had to figure out the stuffs on my own as there was almost no explanation.

Over priced, it is a 2 star facility charging 4/ 5 star prices. Food was awful and although we had breakfast at 9 am
Pros:

Not a lot

Cons:

It is an old facility that needs a lot of money spent on it to upgrade.
