Beds were uncomfortable
The property was perfect location room were big and cleanish .
You had to book for pool which was a pain we got in but when we swam the pool was not busy so people must book and not cancel .
Also get towels from reception or take your own if you get from pool they charge and if you don’t stay in a themed room they charge £3 per person per swim
There wasn’t must organisation between pool area and restaurant with reception tbh

Sauna and steam room were not working even after a recent service. Quality of the food is below average. Beds are of average quality. The general aesthetic is becoming drab and very tired.
We have stayed here a few times but unfortunately it’s really gone downhill, rooms were not very clean in corners especially bathroom, communal area carpets need a good clean, and the cups and plates at breakfast were very dirty, you really had to search to get clean! Such a shame

Perfect location at the park with view over safari area. Clean and comfortable, ideal for family of four.
Nothing to dislike given the nature of the accommodation - beware families booking via booking.com are unable to pre-book some amenities (e.g., pool) and booking on site also complicated.

Stuck in a room right out the way. Woken up by noisy people at 4am. Drink prices are more expensive than London prices.
Breakfast was very good with a selection to cater for all tastes.
Location of the hotel is excellent in relation to the park facilities.
I think for the price of the room , little extras such as a few biscuits or de caf tea bags for example would make a difference. The pillows were quite firm but that is purely personal.

Voor ons was dit een overnachting op doorreis naar Londen.

Restaurant met uitkijk op de 'savanne' met dieren is wel erg leuk!
Prijs / kwaliteitverhouding van het eten is ver te zoeken. Eten is flink prijzig en je krijgt erg weinig en kwaliteit is oke.
Dat is jammer want in omgeving is niet veel keuze.
