Sentirsi come a casa nostra.

Pros:

El entorno está precioso y las vistas desde la habitación al río espectaculares. El desayuno muy bueno y con unas vista al rio magníficas.

Stunning Views and Great Staff, but Rooms Need Modernization
Pros:

The staff was exceptional—warm, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location and views are easily the hotel's best assets, providing a beautiful backdrop for the trip. Dinner was enjoyable and the breakfast offered a decent variety of "base" options.

Cons:

The property feels like it has lacked maintenance for a few years, particularly in the rooms. During a winter stay, the comfort levels were disappointing:

Climate & Comfort: The A/C had a capped maximum temperature that failed to warm the room, and there wasn’t enough warm bedding provided to compensate for the cold.

Room Condition: The bathroom needs urgent attention. The bathtub setup felt unsafe for those with limited mobility, and the showerhead was degraded/sagging, making it difficult to use.

Amenities: Small details were missing. We had to request basic toiletries like toothbrushes at reception, and the wall-mounted hairdryer was underpowered (with no better alternative available upon request).

Value for Money: Given the dated state of the rooms, the pricing—especially for food and breakfast extras—felt disproportionately high. To remain competitive, the hotel either needs to invest in a modern upgrade or adjust its price point to reflect the current room quality.

Pros:

Absolutely beautiful river view from the hotel room. Chill and relexed experience. Great service and food from the hotel. I felt very welcomed on the arrival with a free glass of port wine.
