good location, good breakfast, gym needs improvement, but at least they have one. and very good price.
check in and check out where fast.
also the restaurant was very good.
King room has a quirky layout, with a nook for the fridge, a cranny for a balcony overlooking the street. The bed is comfortable and room temp is fine for sleeping. Desk area is large and spacious enough for working. The room was comfortable, but showing some age and could use an uplift. That said, the staff is super helpful, nearly perfect. The first floor bar and lounge has a full bar menu with both indoor and outdoor seating.
A wonderful respite after nine days on the Pamir Highway. Large room, immaculate, sockets by the bed, strong WiFi. Excellent shower pressure, towels and QUIET. I mistakenly stayed on the smoking floor - I didn’t realise those existed in hotels anymore!- but my room didn’t smell like smoke at all thankfully. The included buffet breakfast was also very good! Lots of Western options and I appreciate it’s until 10:30 and doesn’t end at 10 like many hotels.
I've stayed in many Ramada properties across the world, from Rome to Naples to Islamabad to Bishkek. This hotel doesn't feel like a Ramada hotel and is just generally disappointing especially for the price. I ordered room service and the delivery woman acted like she was highly inconvenienced by me ordering food as if I'm not paying her for it. She also left my door wide open on the way out. It's just disappointing and I'd recommend going to the Hyatt or Hilton in this city. Ramada is generally good but this location is just lackluster tbh.
Helpful staff allowed me to use dining room at midnight for a Zoom work meeting with colleagues in UK. and delicious Lebanese food in the restaurant in the evening. Good internet in the rooms - fast and easy to log in.
Breakfast would have been better with more high quality and fresher fruit.
We stayed there for one night. Clean rooms. Good staff. Good value for money. A basic hotel for short stays. My room did not have a minibar while my colleaugue's room had one.
Good four star.
Quiet surrounding.
Great location for a wander around the city and a good base to be collected for tours. Room was nice although pollution meant not having windows open and because the central heating was whacked up to max it was uncomfortable at times. It was February I suppose and it happens in this part of the world but guest comfort should come first! Breakfast was generous and the hospitality of the restaurant team was very good. Would certainly stay again.
Relatively nice (mostly) Western style hotel conveniently located within walking distance of various national sites. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are of average size but the bathrooms are TINY. The shower stalls can be slippery, so beware. The lighting is very dim so bring a flashlight or headlamp. The rooms are hot and the AC in our room stopped working after about 2 days. Having a window open will cool things off but city noises and smells (cigarette smoke) can be a bother. The breakfast options are plentiful and way better than anything a hotel in America offers as complimentary. No decaf coffee, though. If you are able to get a room with a view of the mountains (we did not), I recommend it as it would be beautiful. The Tien Shan mountains are the 3rd highest mountain range in the world. There are plentiful eating options within walking distance of the hotel. Vanilla Sky. Navat (in the Sheraton complex), Osman Kebab. IWA sushi in the Sheraton Complex is excellent. I recommend downloading the Yandex Go app. Easy to use and safe for getting a taxi in the city. Also, try to get a guide to take you to Ala Archa National Park where you can walk in the woods with views of the Tien Shan mountains. The National/State Museum is very good and cheap.
I was sent away after 2 hours, I was told that the local authorities were shutting down the place. No explanations

We enjoyed our stay the hotel was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful
Very friendly and helpful ataff
When I arrived to Bishkek Ramada, I asked if they could set me up with a tour company so I could organize my day trips. The receptionist gave me the contact information of his friend. I did not know this person was an employee of the hotel until the second day tour.
He charged a ridiculous price of a day tour, spoke English well but did not talk much about the country and the sites we were seeing (we did the Issy-Kul Lake and Konorchek Canyon). We did not make it to the Canyon and he did not budge on the price. I am a female solo traveller and was going to pay the amount that I thought was reasonable for the tour, since I missed a site. I was going to give him the amount I thought was appropriate but was worried because he had access to my room and would be able to find out my room number quite easily. So, I left what he had asked for.
I wanted to share this in case others were in the same boat as me.
The rooms were a good size, but there was a lot of random machinery noise that I had asked the receptionist about but got zero clarification about it.
Nice clean hotel, “traveler rooms” are great for two people everything you need I recommend to get the breakfast package very much worth the cost. Mall is 2 blocks away good higher end stores.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel would rather rate it a 3 star hotel. The place has plenty of potential. It’s need an uplift & maintenance.
During our stay we found the table to be dusty, leftover cream in the washroom from the previous guests. The shower head broken, the soap holder damaged.
The breakfast was average. Was wonder if it was a breakfast menu or lunch menu.
The staff were good they did their best with the little English they spoke.
The location is perfect and is centrally located with lots of stores & restaurants and a mall 5 min walk away.
Pleased with everything
Gute Lage
We had two reservations and two rooms. We are sure that we mention it at check-in. Although we had the breakfast, we found our room empty. Without any info or email//call, they changed our rooms. Shocked. Tell them that this is a very ugly situation for Ramada International brand, but the front office employees are uneducated far from understanding.
