La atención es muy buena, siempre estuvieron al pendiente de que todo fuera de nuestro agrado, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno, es muy relajante estar en el restaurante rodeado de plantas y el ruido de agua, sin duda cuando volvamos a ir a Valle de Bravo regresaremos ahí.

El trato hacia nosotros fue muy cálido
Lo único malo es que el sábado salimos a un bar y al regreso tardaron mucho en abrirnos
De domingo para lunes (nuestra habitación daba a la calle) unos huéspedes igual llegaron de madrugada y a ellos también tardaron mucho en abrirles y nosotros escuchábamos los toquidos a la puerta durante aproximadamente media hora.

Muy bonita la decoración. Habitación limpia, cómoda y con muchas amenidades. Solo sugiero modernizar el ventilador porque hace mucho ruido. El servicio del personal estuvo excelente, muy atentos y con buena actitud. Lindo detalle el del lavado del coche al irse en el estacionamiento del hotel. Lo único que sugiero es mejorar la calidad de los alimento. El queso y la masa de la pizza son malos (no saben a nada). Sugiero que se ofrezca café americano además del de olla porque hay personas que no les gusta el de olla. El gerente muy atento, buena disposición y servicial. Cambien la terminal bancaria para que sirvan las tarjetas siempre. Gracias
