A spotless hotel
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel. It's such a great value. The staff were very attentive. The hotel lobby was very clean. There was constantly a staff person sweeping the outside front of the hotel. The sidewalk & street in front of the hotel were spotless. Our room was large. The air conditioner worked great. The bathroom was big with good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast buffet was huge, with all kinds of food. The housekeeping staff was so responsive to my special request. Thank you.

Rất tuyệt.
Pros:

Vị trí trung tâm, rất thuận lợi để đi tham quan và ăn uống. Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Dịch vụ massage rất bài bản, giá cả phải chăng. Và điều mà tôi đánh giá cao nhất là sự sạch sẽ. Tôi sẽ trở lại đây nếu đến Huế.

Cons:

Bữa sáng rất đa dạng nhưng chất lượng không cao lắm.

L’accueil et la gentillesse des hôtesses sont remarquables. La chambre est exceptionnelle : spacieuse, élégante, avec une salle de bain digne d’un grand luxe. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement fabuleux, avec un choix impressionnant qui ravira tous les goûts. C’est un hôtel très luxueux où l’on se sent extrêmement bien. Au regard des prestations proposées, le prix est tout à fait correct

Pros:

The room had a stunning view and the shower was excellent. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Also a great location. Highly recommend

Nice Hotel with great staff.
Pros:

A very nice hotel. Great staff, good breakfast with lots of options and a great view, a nice rooms kept clean and tidy. Pretty much everything you'd want with a 4-5* EU hotel. There was nothing about that we did not liked.

Cons:

The weather (very rainy) but it's not Hotel's fault :)

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, fantastic service and amazing value for money.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent, we received fantastic service, the room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The hotel was really well located near the river, the centre and the imperial city. We particularly liked the closing of the street into a' walking street' each night. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our drink in the skybar. The receptionists Giang and Tuyen were delightful and extremely helpful during our stay.
