Luxe, goede service en heerlijk veel ruimte in de kamer.
Pros:

We werden heel netjes ontvangen bij de receptie, voelde heel luxe aan. Direct ook 2 excursies geboekt voor de dag erna, een citytour voor de ochtend (was meer dan genoeg met temperaturen van 35+). Was goed georganiseerd en een aanrader. De foodtour klonk leuk, maar uiteindelijk was het om 18:00 uur in een restaurant eten en erna een tour, allemaal erg gehaast en niet leuk. Dit hebben we bij de receptie ook aangegeven en geadviseerd dat ze beter op zoek konden gaan naar iets anders om de gasten aan te bieden.

De kamer zelf was enorm groot en het bed was erin stond was bizar breed en comfortabel. We zaten op de 11e en we hadden geen last van lawaai van de straat, alleen de keuken van het restaurant zat boven ons, dus s’ochtends vroeg hoorde je daar wel bedrijvigheid.

Helaas hadden we s’ochtends geen warm water, maar na een belletje naar de receptie, kwam er iemand langs en werd het gerepareerd. Kortom goede en snelle service.

Het ontbijt was echt enorm uitgebreid, alles wat je maar zou willen was er. Enorm groot buffet, maar natuurlijk werden er ook eitjes en andere dingen op aanvraag vers gemaakt.

We hebben een heerlijk massage genomen, die was duurder dan buiten op straat, maar dat weet je als het in een hotel boekt.

Helaas was het zwembad binnen en hebben er daardoor geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Bij het uitchecken werd er de tijd genomen om te luisteren naar onze verbeterpunten en toen kregen we zomaar 2 souveniertjes (ingepakt en wel). Als dank voor de goede tips.

Très fatigués par un nuit blanche nous avons souhaité prendre notre chambre à 13h15. À l’accueil l’assistante du manager nous a dit que c’était impossible avant 14h. Aucune chambre selon elle n’était prête. Une taxe supplémentaire était même prévue en cas de check in avant l’heure. C’est la première fois qu’on entendait cela après plus de 30 ans de voyage ! nous avons trouvé la réglementation de l’hôtel rigide et peu à l’écoute du client. Par contre nous voulons remercier toute l’attention que Phuong a bien voulu nous apporter en s’exprimant en français ainsi que pour le cadeau offert à notre départ afin de s’excuser pour le désagrément occasionné

Lovely hotel with great staff
Pros:

Really helpful staff, the rooms are lovely with very comfy beds. Out stay was reallt relaxing and exactly what we needed, would stay here again.

Cons:

There is a walking market on the weekends which played very loud music, as we had planned a relaxing night in it was disruptive to us. Our room was also below the restaurant which was extra noise as well but the staff couldn’t be more helpful and changed rooms which was lovely and quiet and exactly what we were after.

Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is beautiful and in a great spot in Hue, close to everything but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The staff were super helpful and made the whole process easy. Definitely a solid choice if you're visiting the area. Thank you to Anh Phoung for taking well care of us :)

Beautiful room in a great location.
Pros:

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was large, very clean and had great views of the city. Comfortable bed and nice linen. Great walkable location. Breakfast had the largest and most variety of any place we’ve stayed SE Asia. Great coffee!

Cons:

The only issue was the aircon not keeping up. Two sides of our room were almost all glass so very warm. We had to keep the curtains shut and it was still too warm for us. Staff was quick to respond when we asked for a fan. We did not see about switching rooms as we didn’t want to move all of our stuff.
