Great breakfast, good location. Super noisy!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was easily the best we’ve had during our 4 weeks travelling through Vietnam — a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options every morning. The staff also surprised us with a small welcome cake for our honeymoon, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Cons:

After checking us in to our room on the 5th floor, reception called to let us know there was a ‘party’ on the 6th floor tonight. What she forgot to mention was events were held on all three nights of our (we get it, it’s a large hotel, events take place) Unfortunately, despite the hotel knowing from our booking that we were travelling with an infant, we were placed in a room one floor below the function area and the noise was excessive. It meant our baby couldn’t sleep until after 10pm each night. So if you like early bed times or have children, I’d request a lower floor room! This really impacted what would have been a perfect stay.

Fantastic experience, highly recommended!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Thanh Lich Royal Boutique. The room quality was top-notch, the dining options were delicious, and all the hotel amenities were excellent. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable.
What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. We want to give a special thanks to Ms. Chi for being so helpful and providing enthusiastic guidance throughout our trip. Excellent service overall—we will definitely come back!

Avoid room 1101 - directly below breakfast preparation area. We moved room and all was ok then.

Wyjątkowy z nowoczesnym wietnamskim wystrojem i dobrą lokalizacją.
Pros:

Wyjątkowy design obiektu, a zwłaszcza dekoracje pokoju i korytarzy. Położenie w pobliżu głównych atrakcji. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Podobała nam się dbałość o wietnamski charakter hotelu. Pokój cichy z indywidualną klimatyzacją, wygodny, czysty i przyjemny. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Godny polecenia. Warto też zwrócić uwagę na wyjątkowo tanie przejazdy Grabem po Hue.

I've stayed here a few times and will come back but standards have dropped a bit recently

Cons:

Pool had lots of algae around. Also spa was not working the whole duration we stayed seemed they had no priority in fixing it.

Tolles Hotel, leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Alles top. Außerordentlich freundlich. Liegt in einer Straße, die am Wochenende (Freitag bis Sonntag ab 18 Uhr) eine Fußgängerzone ist. Geschmückt mit vielen Lichtern und Laternen. Es gibt jedoch noch eine zweite Walking Street, die größer ist. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Gibt es nichts.
