Gemischter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten als Familie insgesamt einen gemischten Aufenthalt im Thanh Lich Royal Boutique Hotel in Hue.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit des Hotels und die schönen, geräumigen Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl. Auch die zentrale Lage ist praktisch, um Hue zu erkunden.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Familienzimmer direkt unter dem Restaurant, wodurch es morgens sehr laut war. Wer empfindlich auf Geräusche reagiert, sollte nach einem Zimmer in einem ruhigeren Bereich fragen.

Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns jedoch der Service an der Rezeption. Wir baten den Front Office Manager lediglich um Unterstützung bei der Buchung eines Busses nach Phong Nha. Zunächst tat er so, als würde er uns nicht verstehen, und versuchte stattdessen, uns Touren zu verkaufen. Als wir unser Anliegen erneut erklärten, behauptete er, es gäbe nur einen einzigen Bus am späten Nachmittag. Das stimmt jedoch nicht – es verkehren mehrere Busse täglich. Für uns entstand der Eindruck, dass er uns bewusst falsche Informationen gab, um an einer teureren Buchung oder einer Tour zu verdienen. Dieses Verhalten fanden wir sehr enttäuschend und für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht akzeptabel.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel selbst mit seinen sauberen Zimmern und dem ausgezeichneten Frühstück durchaus empfehlenswert. Der unprofessionelle Umgang an der Rezeption und die Lautstärke unseres Zimmers haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch deutlich getrübt. Die Stadt Hue selbst hat uns außerdem als sehr hektisch und anstrengend empfunden.

Pros:

Wunderbares, riesiges Frühstücksbuffet, toller Service inklusive gebuchtem Transport nach Hoi An, sehr zuvorkommenes Personal. Zimmer im 10. Stock sehr ruhig.

We still liked it inspite of the hitches.
Pros:

Massage & receptionist was amazing .
Food was great with a lot of variety.

Cons:

Can’t bring coffee to go!
Aircon was defective first assigned room.
Next room we were given electric fan.

Hôtel haut standing
Pros:

Hôtel d’une très haute qualité, super emplacement, accueil parfait
Un grand remerciement à la masseuse Oanh, la serveuse du restaurant Hang au 12eme étage d’une très grande gentillesse et au petit soin ainsi qu’à monsieur Nhien Fom qui était bienveillant envers nous.Il était toujours là à nous conseiller.
Superbe vue au 12eme étage.

Exceptional Hotel exceeds expectations
Pros:

I knew from the reviews this hotel would be great but it is exceptional and exceeded our expectations by far.
Amazing facilities...comfortable bed, beautiful pool, wonderful breakfast, great location to explore the city but the exceptional part by far is all the staff...every single staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing and we really appreciated it...we will be back to stay here longer next time!

L'hôtel est l'accueil est professionnel et chaleureux, la rue où elle se situe devient piétonne le weekend avec encore plus de street food. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très varié et délicieux

Cons:

La mise à disposition de vélo aurait pu être gratuite, le prix location des scooters est le double du prix habituel. L'attente pour l'ascenseur est particulièrement longue.

Great Stay in a High End Hotel
Pros:

Staff amazing from start to finish. Room great ac, hot shower, large comfy bed, fridge etc. Also a smart TV with screen mirroring. A nice indoor pool and gym. Used the restaurant once food very good and reasonably priced and service friendly and impeccable. Also used the Sky bar with amazing views. A really nice stay.

Cons:

Was a little ill on my first night so tried to sleep during the day on a Sunday. Constant banging prevented this sounded like room repairs. Room was cleaned on day 2 and breakfast and meal discount vouchers removed. Sorted at reception.
