Yhe main point to note is that this is not a hotel. These are serviced apartments which are distributed through a large property across several blocks connected by an underground carpark. So if you’re looking for hotel facilities (eg pool, breakfast, reception) this isn’t the place for you. I didn’t clock that until I arrived.

I had told them I was on a late flight and would arrive late at night in advance and it took four messages for them to confirm they would be there in check in. The previous times they just said late check in was “subject to availability” which was a bit unhelpful when I was asking a direct question.

This would be suitable for someone wanting a large place for a multi night stay. But for me staying only one night it wasn’t ideal. A hotel would have been better. Again, that’s not their fault. If I had researched better I would have seen it wasn’t a hotel. But it does come up in the hotel category on booking.

كان بجانب الغرفه الاصانصيلك (الفت المتحرك) وكان يوجد ازعاج قوي من المقيمين فالفندق وبالخص الاطفال وكان بعد يوجد ازعاج كان وايد او كثير يدق الجرس وكلما نفتح الباب نلاقي اطفال
او عاملة المقيمين وبعد كان الفلت متصخ بالماء والبعض من الممرات كانت كل بقايه طعام مثل ايسكريم او سندويش حق الاطفال وكان الشكل مقرف بصراحه وبعد هذا بصراحه كان في شقه 2

No swimming pool in the A building. Breakfast very basic..

We recently stayed at Roda Amwaj Suites in JBR and, unfortunately, our overall experience was below expectations.

The first challenge was the check-in process, which was quite slow. Parking was also difficult and somewhat chaotic. No Valet service. Breakfast was fairly simple, with limited variety and average quality. In addition, the breakfast area was relatively small, and the restaurant is located in a different building, which created unnecessary inconvenience in this hot weather.

The swimming pool facilities were another let-down. Some of the pools that were supposed to be available in our building were not operational during our stay. The alternative pool area was quite small, crowded, and lacked the space and atmosphere expected from a property of this size with various towers

We also requested a slightly delayed checkout, but this was not accommodated. However after checking out, we waited approximately one hour for assistance with our luggage. Unfortunately, no one arrived, and we eventually had to transport the luggage ourselves.

Overall, while the apartments are spacious and reasonably well equipped, the experience was negatively affected by the slow reception process, difficult parking arrangements, limited and inconvenient breakfast facilities, unavailable or overcrowded pool areas, and lack of responsiveness during checkout. There is certainly room for improvement in both service and guest convenience.
