Pros:

Quiet and decent apartment. Polite staff.

Cons:

I just wish it was cleaner (I prefer hotels to be extra clean and to smell so nice).

Great stay overall
Pros:

The duplex unit that we booked was very spacious. We booked 2 x 2 bedroom and 1 duplex. We mostly stayed in the duplex and just used the other rooms to sleep

Cons:

The floor was not so clean. The pool was kinda crowded because it was Eid. Strict with check out timings

Nice stay in the JBR
Pros:

Very nice apartment and excellent staff. They gave me free upgrade. Gym is very good and breakfast is more than enough. Location is great and car parking is super easy.

موظف الاستقبال كان سيء الاخلاق وتناذل بالتعامل معنا الى ابعد الحدود مع انني من رواد الفندق منذ زمن طويل واول مره الاقي موظف بهذي النذاله والي كان السبب في انني نهائيا لن اعود الى هذا الفندق دعيت عليه الله وان شاء بياخذ جزائه

الشقه الذي اعطاني كانت كبيره ولكن الريحه لايحتملها انسان واصوات الاغاني من الشقه المجاورة جدا عاليه وعندما طلبت التغيير رفض وقال بنظف مره ثانيه وبنحط عطر ههههه ولكن بعد الحاح مني عطاني شقه صغيره ولم استرد المال الذي دفعته بالكبيره

We had pre-booked our stay and made the full payment in advance. We arrived at the reception exactly at 3:00 PM. I left my family in the car and went to the counter to check in. I saw four counters there, and all of them had long queues. I ended up standing in line for about 40 to 45 minutes. When my turn finally came, the actual check-in process took only 5 minutes. However, I was told that the room was still being cleaned and was asked to wait for another 15 minutes. The stay and the food were really good, but the service we received right upon arrival completely ruined the overall experience.
