Pros:

Intet vindue, der lugtede af mad hele tiden. Lyset var to spots, og nærmest blændede os. Tændte man for lyset på toilettet, startet udsugning og den var så høj at vi dårlig ku føre en samtale.
Damen i receptionen var flink, men voldsom insisterende på vi købte ture hos hende.

Bad hotel, don't stay here
Pros:

Bad service, dirty room, lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches.
I can't connect wifi.

Not great to find or get sleep
Pros:

Once you eventually find hotel (although great for close proximity to St.Josephs Cathedral, the lake & Vietnam Airlines HO for hourly airport minibus transfer only $2 or 40,000 dong available to anyone), dont be surprised to hear constant banging/clanking noises from pipes & hot water system throughout hotel. I arrived 10pm from Cat Ba island & due to leave 7.30am for airport - noise from pipes was still obvious at 2am :(
Whilst seems cheap, there are so many places available £10pn. No towels, soap, hairdryer & double bed on 5th floor really creaky/uncomfortable (am used to vietnamese standard as this was my last night of 4weeks).
Staff was however helpful on my 9hr stay, carried suitcase up/down 5th floor & also to main road of Cathedral to show direction of airport transfer Sasco minibus.

Pros:

냐터런 바로 옆이고 근처에 마사지샵이나 식당도 많아서 위치는 좋으나 객실 환경은 크게 쾌적하지는 않아요. 매트리스도 좀 딱딱하고 시설이 좋은 편은 아니지만 잠깐 들러서 잠만 자고 관광하기에는 위치가 매우 좋습니다! 직원분들도 친절하구요.
