The butter was very good
1- they do not allow visitors to the rooms,. Our daughter was with us at the check in time waiting for her elder sister to accompany her to the dorms, even though he receptionist was not have the authority to allow her and went to get an exceptional approval from his supervisor!!! This is weird!
2- at breakfast one waitress insisted to pay for the Turkish coffee as it was not part of the buffet which we did, although I think this was her own decision not the hotel policy. I don’t recall that I paid an extra charge in other hotels for a cup of Turkish coffee.
3- tv remote control was not working properly
4- no bags stand
Had a very pleasant stay at Tasigo Eskişehir. The hotel feels modern and welcoming, with comfortable rooms that were spotless and well-equipped for a relaxing night’s rest. The team were warm and helpful throughout, making check-in and any requests seamless.
Located in a convenient part of town, it made exploring Eskişehir easy and enjoyable. Solid value with attentive service — a great choice for both business trips and city breaks.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Tasigo Hotel Eskişehir verbracht. Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel.
Die Sauberkeit war teilweise verbesserungswürdig und entsprach für uns nicht dem Standard dieser Hotelkategorie.
Das Personal war gemischt: Einige Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, andere wirkten leider unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert.
Das Hotel wirbt stark mit seinem Wellnessbereich. Allerdings ist das Angebot für Gruppen nicht gut organisiert. Da wir zu sechst gereist sind, konnten wir Anwendungen wie Massagen nicht gleichzeitig buchen, was schade war. Für ein Wellnesshotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir hier mehr Flexibilität erwartet.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, jedoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unserer Meinung nach nicht ganz mit einem 5-Sterne-Standard überein
This was our probably the 20th visit to this hotel. We know this hotel inside out and always look forward to our visit. Our sanctuary.
Unfortunately, the standards that we were used to are slowly disappearing. Our visit in September and in January were kind of disappointments. The heating in our room was not working. Hotel was full and we could not be moved to another room. TV was out of order. The main jacuzzi in the spa was out of order. The shower was out of order. But the worst part was so many young children being allowed entrance to the spa. It is clearly written on the door due to hot water temperature, children should not enter. The water was so dirty, we left at the end.
We heard one couple telling their children not to pee. Totally out of order. During the summer children can use outside and indoor pools and this is ok, but during the winter the spa is to small to carry so many adults and children. Awful experience. Adults talk loudly, children screaming....You just can't rest in the spa any more.
As I mentioned we have been coming to this hotel for years, since it was Rixos. The breakfast is exactly the same. Not a single change all these years. Isn't the main chef bored?!?!
The hotel lacks Customer Retention Managements. For all our visit, we never received one phone call nor email, not to mention something else. To compere, we went to Voyage Belek three times in the last 10 years, every year their team calls us to offer us special discount for the summer vocation. and to thank us for our visit.
Tasigo management needs to shake up and move forward. Make changes.
We were in the hotel for the Republic Day. İmportant day for Türkiye. The hotel was full. They could not organise life music, since there is a piano in the hotel. There war nothing apart from red balloons.
De locatie is prachtig, zeer zeker als je een uitzicht over de stad hebt.
Het personeel deed zijn best
Het begint zijn leeftijd te tonen, na een paar keer te zijn geweest valt het op. Het heeft wat liefde en aandacht nodig helaas. de kamers hebben een touch up nodig en de prachtige Spa heeft echter helaas een paar reparaties nodig omdat niet alles meer functioneert
Booking bod helaas een optie aan wat niet bekend was bij het Tasigo. Het afhandelen hiervan geeft toch een nare bijsmaak
