Ausstattung top und das Frühstück war frisch und lecker. Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön gestaltet

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Tasigo Hotel Eskişehir verbracht. Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel.

Die Sauberkeit war teilweise verbesserungswürdig und entsprach für uns nicht dem Standard dieser Hotelkategorie.

Das Personal war gemischt: Einige Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, andere wirkten leider unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert.

Das Hotel wirbt stark mit seinem Wellnessbereich. Allerdings ist das Angebot für Gruppen nicht gut organisiert. Da wir zu sechst gereist sind, konnten wir Anwendungen wie Massagen nicht gleichzeitig buchen, was schade war. Für ein Wellnesshotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir hier mehr Flexibilität erwartet.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, jedoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unserer Meinung nach nicht ganz mit einem 5-Sterne-Standard überein

Heeft wat liefde en aandacht nodig
Pros:

De locatie is prachtig, zeer zeker als je een uitzicht over de stad hebt.
Het personeel deed zijn best

Cons:

Het begint zijn leeftijd te tonen, na een paar keer te zijn geweest valt het op. Het heeft wat liefde en aandacht nodig helaas. de kamers hebben een touch up nodig en de prachtige Spa heeft echter helaas een paar reparaties nodig omdat niet alles meer functioneert
Booking bod helaas een optie aan wat niet bekend was bij het Tasigo. Het afhandelen hiervan geeft toch een nare bijsmaak

Extremely large breakfast selection.
All staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their switch from French to Dutch to English and to Turkish impressed me

Отличный спа отель
Pros:

Очень атмосферный, комфортный отель. Большие номера, хороший завтрак, персонал заботится о гостях. Свое приложение у отеля- это правда удобно, от заказа еды в номер, до заказа зубных щеток и прочего.

Cons:

Единственное - хочется улучшить Английский у персонала, они говорят, но «замирают» и не немного теряются.
