Nice base in the City centre
Pros:

Great location, with a lovely roof terrace and pool. Good breakfast.

Cons:

We booked a TWIN room but they allocated a double room. They were only able to change our room on the 2nd night.

Excellent centrally located hotel with the bonus of the rooftop pool & terrace
Pros:

Friendly staff at the rooftop bar who made us all feel so welcome, small swimming pool which is great for cooling down during the heatwave, very centrally located.

Cons:

Bedrooms need a little updating

Pros:

The location was great, and the underground parking, at a modest extra cost, was very good. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

We were unlucky with the room we were allocated, as it was internal, looking over a communal patio area. We didn't feel we could open the curtains while in the room,, because it was overlooked. The bathroom also had a bad odour due to an issue with the drainage.

Sim o café da manhã muito bom

Cons:

Refrigerador, não estava funcionando, eles trocaram, mas qdo vc tira o cartão pra sair do quarto desliga tudo , até a frigobar, e qdo vc chega as coisas no frigobar não estão geladas, eu deixei meu remédio e foi um perigo pois não ficou em temperatura fresca o tempo todo.

Gute Lage, für uns fünf Mädels war es eine tolle Zeit dort.

Die Lage ist gut.
Freundliches Personal und die Bar und Terrasse, sowie der Pool sind ein tolles Highlight.

Pratique et très agréable.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement dans le centre de Funchal. Le parking de l'hôtel n'étant pas disponible, nous avons trouvé un parking public près de l'hôtel à un prix attractif. Le petit déjeuner est très correct !
la chambre et son tout petit balcon étaient bien.

Cons:

La salle de bain aurait pu être un peu plus spacieuse avec de quoi ranger les articles de toilette.

La position centrale de l hôtel on peut tout faire à pieds positionner en centre ville et pourtant très calme la gentillesse du personnel vraiment au top le roof top sympa piscine pas très grande mais pour se rafraîchir c est assez le petit déjeuner est hyper complet il y a tout des crudités en passant par la viande le fromage les fruits céréales lait café confitures yaourts bref j en oublie la moitié rien ne manque et toujours un personnel discret efficace et sympathique .

Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich, auch nicht hilfreich. Es gab nicht mal einen Stadtplan, geschweige denn Prospekte mit Ausflugs-/Besichtigungsvorschlägen.
