Pros:

The location was amazing. Walking distance to every hotspot in Funchal. Beds were comfy, and very clean. The staff were super friendly and would recommend awesome things to do. Rooftop restaurant and pool was an awesome touch! Would stay again and reccomend

Gorgeous location with rooftop terrace and ample space
Pros:

Location is amazing. Very nice staff. Beds comfy. Good amount of space. Roof terrace is excellent and beautiful views.

Cons:

The breakfast was fine, there was a selection of food but the quality wasn’t great.
Bathroom light broken.

Clean hotel in good location
Pros:

Excellent location for Shops, restaurants etc, hotel lovely and clean in all areas although felt the room was a bit dated and very snug, breakfast was just ok, not a massive variety and hot food was almost cold, rooftop was great with a lovely seating area and bar, had a really nice welcome from reception staff and found all staff across hotel was friendly with the exception of the young girl who served in bar, always looked angry and never said please, thank you which I would of said is basic customer service but maybe she was having a bad week, all in all a lovely hotel.
