It is a simple, straightforward hotel. Located quite far from shopping mall (cihampelas walk). Overall it was a pleasant stay. Worth it with the amount you are paying.

The rooms are dirty, smells no good in the lobby, staff are busy with their phone (upon Checkin)
Breakfast??? Oh My GOD... :( Speechless
the one who really helpful its only security, and for sure they are from outsourcing...
Never comeback again. Congratulation because of the location.

Stayed here just few hours in Family Room. Located in famous Cihampelas area surrounded by place to eat and shop. Don't expect too much, the room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, but the smell is suck. Booked a non smoking room but the whole room is fully smell of smoking. The bathroom also smell really bad like never been cleaning. Also the room a little bit dark. But, it's cheapest for a family room in such area, just enough for 1 night.

The pictures from the website looks good but the actual exterior of the hotel looks very different. The bathroom of the room I stayed always get flooded everytime I took a shower. There is no water container in the room to keep hot water.

The room is clean, close to mall, to find food, souvenirs, good bang for your bucks for a budget hotel. The staff is helpful. Standard room does not have any windows, the toilet is a bit broken but they fixed it.

If you're staying just for a night or simply need a bed to sleep, there may be no problem to stay in this hotel. The room size was standard, the bathroom was small and ill-equipped. AC did not work well, made the room felt rather hot. The lighting was low, so the room looked dark. Considering the price, the quality was in par.

Near to City walk and easy to find the things that you need for oleh-oleh, but a bit expensive compare to other location.
Room is small, but ok, i don't expect much as Vio only a budget Hotel. Staff is good and helpful. if available, Please request room with window, otherwise you feel like stay at cubical without window. Some staff arrange their laundry in front of my room, having chit chat and laugh. this bit annoying for sure, you have to move to back instead of using guest area.

The location of this hotel is perfect, the only bad experience that I had during my stay was there is no privacy because you can hear people talking, music and people laughing early in the morning.

They don't offer Airport pick up nor give us option where to get this service, we have to search online to find transports.

This located is strategically located in Cihampelas area, where you can shop and dine at restaurant or shop of your choice. The room is not too spacious but comfortable enough for two. They have water dispenser on each floor in case you run out water in your room.

Hotels.com should need to confirm the hotel statement before approving their detail in the website. This is twice I got the room without any window BUT the hotel statement stated the room come with a city view. In fact, it's none. No window at all. Breakfast also very terrible in this hotel and I have to skip breakfast few times because I found it no point to get the paid breakfast if the food and drink served is terrible. If I knew, I just book the room without breakfast which will be cheaper. Only location is great. Nothing else can be said, but I won't use this hotel anymore. Terrible.

The hotel looked good when I booked but it wasn't as published. The toilet was smelly and dirty. Room amenities were incomplete but they send us when we asked. Check in took very long time because one staff at the reception at check in time after 2pm.
Should really improve the room cleanliness.

Room is unquestionably small, but it was enough for 2 adults and 1 kid as long as you don't spend the whole day in the room.
The location is great, easy access to ciwalk, and cihampelas road shops.
They don't seem to have a restaurant as they serve breakfast in the lobby, but not to worry coz you can find some restaurants nearby.

I stayed at Vio Cihampelas Hotel on 14 May 2017 which was very horrible experience for me and my son. This is one of the worst hotel in my life i stayed. After check in on 13 May, i found that AC is not working for which i complaint to reception but nobody responded and subsequently whole night persuade with them for the same but to no avail. I tried to speak to Manager, but he did not receive call and was sleeping at his home. It is pertinent to mention that room is very compact, no space to keep luggage, no ventilation, no pedestal fan (in such a situation). They are only concerned for money but not concerned for guests' comfort. I strongly recommend that please stay in some other hotel as we can easily get other good hotel with same price. This hotel is good for nothing...

i was here on 27/3/17..4 night..1st time at room was okay..my kids love it..but in bathroom sometimes clogged and toilet can not pump. i call the hotel management for help & they help the problem. overall i think is okay & they are very helpful. thanks to cleaner team & maintenance team for help me. breakfast was good.. :)
