Pros:

Staff couldn't be more helpful, they were brilliant. Wasn't a massive menu but the food was excellent. Lovely atmosphere, very relaxing, great views from the restaurant and the room.

Poor really given the expense, all in all.

Devoid of any atmosphere. A reborn 1970s hotel. Poor breakfast. Coffee awful - buy a machine. Not right for a 4 star.

We were greeted by a lovely receptionist and everything was explained to us about the hotel.
She explained about connecting our phones to the hotel WIFI and then programmed each of our phones for us

Absolutely worth it for the views, but other aspects could definitely be improved.
Pros:

Absolutely amazing location, incredible view, accessibility to the hiking routes, beach and restaurants/ bars

Cons:

Facilities are quite outdated, especially the spa area, it feels very old and honestly not that pleasant to spend time in. The opening hours are also limited (only until 6pm), which is surprising. After a long hike, you’d expect to be able to relax in the spa in the evening, but that’s not really possible here.
Dinner felt a bit on the expensive side for what it was, but breakfast was good
