This is a lovely hotel, very centrally located and with lovely rooms, very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing, a full range of fresh continental, Italian, egg options. But what is truly exceptional is the staff. we had some problems with our flight due to volcanic activity. The young women at the reception gave help and advice and tried all kinds of transport solutions for us. No options were left unexplored. Thank you, ladies!
Air conditioning was set very cold and could not be fixed from the room, but reception fixed it for us. Again, great service.
Amazing dining experience. Georgia on reception was fantastic, especially dealing with a million requests to try and get travel plans altered after Etna closed Catania airport. The hotel was superb, had a great night's sleep. Amenities were second to none. Located in the heart of the historic district, simply stunning.

nous n'avons pas trop apprécié Catagne, en revanche très bel hôtel. les chambres sont justes magnifiques, le confort était parfait. nous avons eu de la chance d'avoir un stationnement grace à l 'hôtel, ce que nous avons bien apprécié en Sicile, pays ou le stationnement est compliqué
