Nice hotel, slightly too expensive for what you get.
Pros:

They have own parking garage (at extra cost) hence no need to search for parking space. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

No closet /drawers for clothes. We stayed with the suitcase serving as closet. The room safe was malfunctioning, the could not fix it, and did not offer even symbolic compensation.

Cute hotel, great location
Pros:

This hotel is quiet with cute, clean rooms and a lovely breakfast. The staff was very helpful and the neighborhood is quite and clean. You could easily navagate and walk to attractions and there were lots of dining options nearby.

Pros:

What a wonderful hotel! Our room (junior suite) was exceptional! The design was beautiful, with original features but also all mod cons and a super quiet and efficient air conditioner. Comfortable bed overlooking quiet courtyard. The breakfast was beautifully presented in beautiful surroundings. Good quality food and friendly service from all staff. We loved the decor of this hotel and the location was perfect for restaurants, shopping, tours ect. Happy to hear the hotel restaurant is expanding. I think it will do well! Highly recommend.

A Wonderful Start to Our Sicily Honeymoon
Pros:

We visited Catania and stayed at Habitat Boutique Hotel as part of our honeymoon, and we could not have wished for a better start to our time in Sicily. The hotel is fantastically located in the historic city center, with everything within easy walking distance. It is also very easy to reach from the airport, as a bus takes you to within just a few hundred meters of the hotel.

The staff were very pleasant and immediately made us feel well taken care of. Our room was spotless, modern, and at the same time very cozy and inviting. It was also wonderfully quiet, which made our stay especially relaxing.

Breakfast was delicious as well, with a small but lovely selection of regional dishes.

We are very grateful for such a wonderful first stay in Sicily and would wholeheartedly recommend Habitat Boutique Hotel for a couples’ trip to Catania.

Mixed for above reasons.
Pros:

Location fine and central. Modern feel about property. Zero view from the room, although room very modern. Breakfast very good.

Cons:

Building works starting at 0730 opposite our room and in the corridor. Electric sockets particularly for the kettle effectively so low down you had to get on the floor to connect.

Decoração bonita, cafe da manha bom.

Cons:

A rua tem uma obra, o taxi nao consegue ir ate a porta de entrada do hotel, o que pode ser bastante inconveniente dependendo das malas que tiver ou se chegar ou partir muito tarde. O tipo de vista da janela do quarto deveria ser proibida para um hotel desta categoria, um horror (foto). Dá para ouvir absolutamente tudo o que se passa no corredor e na rua, zero isolamento acustico. Em geral, esperava muito mais conforto!
