Pros:

スタッフが皆さん親切で感じ良かった。名所旧跡に近く便利でした。

Cons:

しいてあげるなら、チェックアウトが早朝で朝ごはん用のボックスを用意してくれたのは有りがたかったが、イタリア特有の甘い菓子パン4つと林檎。林檎は皮剥けないから食べませんでした。ジュースがあれば良かったです。

Centraal gelegen tov centrum. Ontbijt.

Cons:

Er is privé parkeren maar op 200 m en uitladen voor de deur was geen optie dus sjouwen. Hotel is niet af (wordt uitgebreid/verbouwd). Kale kamer uitkijkend op een steeg.

Nearly perfect!
Pros:

Great location and staff. Fantastic breakfast. Beautiful room and building. Amazing restaurant in the hotel.

Cons:

Hanging space over coffee making facilities was tricky. Not enough hooks in bathroom for towels or back of door for jackets. Waterfall shower was lovely but not if you want to keep your hair dry. Bedside lamps not good for reading and no obvious electrical sockets by the bed. All these are small things but important at this level of hotel.

Could be great when building will actually be finished and management treats clients like people!
Pros:

Great location, across from the theater inside the city center.

Cons:

Had to leave one day eearlier due to the place being a total disappointment on too many levels:
1. The place is under construction with workers making loud noises from 7am.
2. Room was not as described in the photos. Actually not at all.
3. Room temperature was below 18C. Was offered a heater in a 4* accomodation.

A pleasant introduction to Sicily

Being woken up by workmen at 7 am but appreciate the place was being renovated. We should have notified in advance of our stay.
