Nothing the room I booked booking.com I was told I cannot get because it was occupied booking. Com is lying.

Cons:

They told me they don’t supply shower gel any more you must bring your own WFK where is the place like that in this earth 😭

The location was great for our trip as it was within 10 minutes of all our meetings and events. The beds were ok. In the bathrooms there was no soap provided, no bathmats, no side table lights, no milk provided. There were tea and coffee sachets provided but no milk, no water. Also, no waters provided. Breakfast was included but there was no coffee, there was no condiments provided and no servettes. The breakfast was not great. The facility is great but in need of some maintenance and upkeep.

I feel like they could do more, make it beautiful inside and outside. make it look lively.
Pros:

Breakfast was great but it would have been nice if they had more options, I feel like we were limited in terms of breakfast. For location, I give them 5 star, the hotel is in a secure beautiful environment, close to shopping mall.

Cons:

Our room didn't meet our expectations, it was just ok. It was not what we saw on Booking.com. It didn't have much details, our dining area was not giving. Their bathroom was spacious and comfortable. We did not have all the facilities, no iron, microwave, mini bar fridge and their aircon was not working.

It's basic things we expect. I don't have any snaps.
Pros:

Poor breakfast. There wasnt even tea and coffee in the room

Cons:

They must provide enough coffee sachets. My wife only drinks tea and it wasn't there. At breakfast (very poor) there wasn't tea or coffee either.
No shampoo in the shower. There was very little soap provided for 3 of us

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life, and I will never return.
Pros:

The property is conveniently located near Sandton CBD and close to the Conference Centre I attended. The front of the hotel features a beautiful garden and well-maintained swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and warm, with hot water readily available for bathing.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely outdated and in urgent need of complete renovations. I was deeply disappointed upon entering—the floor tiles were visibly dirty, worn, and stained throughout the room. While the sheets were white, they had noticeable brown stains, which was unsettling and left me wondering whether they had been washed at all. The bathroom was equally unacceptable. The shower mosaic was coated with old, brownish grime. Although two large towels were provided, one had ants crawling on it. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned after the last use- it still had visible fecal marks, and the toilet roll was finished. I had to go to reception to request a replacement, and only one roll was provided. Security was also a concern- there were no burglar bars on the back windows, including the large bathroom window. The curtain rail on the back window was dirty and partially torn. The dining experience was equally disappointing. The menu had very limited options, and there was no coffee available in the kitchen. When I asked, I was told to use the coffee in my room.

Pros:

I felt very safe throughout my stay, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. The staff were amazing, friendly, professional, and always helpful. Breakfast was great, with good quality and variety, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I also appreciated how kind and respectful the other guests were; everyone I interacted with was welcoming.

Cons:

The WiFi was extremely slow during my stay. It was unreliable to the point where I couldn’t properly receive work messages or emails. For anyone needing internet access for work or communication, this is a significant drawback, and the WiFi service would definitely benefit from an upgrade to faster speeds.
