although I paid for the level access, there were not many options for breakfast.. each time I used it what I wanted was finished and was not replenished. For an extra charge there should be wider options available other than that I loved the stay

Not a bad stay overall, but my biggest disappointment is they advertise on Expedia/Travelocity that they have 24 Hour Shuttle available to and from the airport, which is not true.

When I arrived at the airport I couldn't locate their shuttle, so I called the the hotel and they said I needed to give them 48 hours notice. When I was leaving l made a 48 hour advance request and they said they don't have a shuttle, but they will gladly call me a cab. So airport round trip costs about $120.

For the included breakfast I paid for, the coffee machine didn't work, the toaster didn't work and my omelettes were not very good.

I would have probably chosen another hotel if I knew this upfront.

Pros:

This a Business hotel only, as there's nothing around to do, no pool, not even a small store, no vending machines or ice machine, 2 small bars outrageous prices, at the next metro station there is a mall.
Housekeeping staff came in while we where in our rooms, we had dirty cups & glasses, instead of replacing them she rinsed them and put them back, I wonder if these are even changed between each check out, also they don't supply facecloths.

Nice hotel, in a good location with beautiful view from the room. I just wish I did the reservation in advance for the restaurant on the top roof.The hotel is also close to metro for easy transportation.Wonderful staff and very helpful, on my departure for the airport my Uber was delayed and the front desk person was so nice and helpful he ordered us a taxi that came immediately and I made it on time for the airport. The staff at the restaurants were also very nice and polite, they delivered my breakfast before I left the city at 5 am. Thank you!

Pros:

This location is perfect for families and lone travelers. Westfield mall is a quick walk away and the metro is right out side the hotel. The rooms are wonderful and spacious with views of the Eiffel Tower. I will definitely stay here again.

Géraldine was wonderful along with the entire staff. She helped me get sorted in my room when my plane landed early and make sure that I had everything I needed. This is a great business hotel!

Check in wasn’t not available at 3 and it’s was about 4pm. There was no compensation for time lost either with a later check out. Room was very small for the price. Definitely better deals and places to stay in Paris. I wouldn’t recommended here.

awesome front desk staff- loved them and the property and will definitely come back again.
just a suggestion for reclaiming luggage after check out-if you can keep a separate bell desk area so standing in line again at check in counter can be avoided and time saved. we almost had 20 mins plus wait time to reclaim our tagged bags on our way back to airport as there were a lot of people checking in.
