Que no me indicaran que la piscina era temperatura ambiente si estaba muy fría y que la mesera tuviera mala actitud y le diera por aventar la comida a la hora que te servía

El lugar es bonito pero nos quedaron a deber el tema de la alberca
Pros:

Es un lugar muy bonito, nos otorgaron un masaje de cortesía es tranquilo y está cerca de oxxos y tiendas

Cons:

Nos tocó la alberca sucia, por lo que no la pudimos usar y era una de las razones por las que nos hospedamos ahí.

Really old door don't lock don't have a,c only old fans that doesn't work can't sleep is to hot inside the rooms,you can see trash everywhere pool are nasty they don't filter the water everything is really old they don't give you the rooms on time they said breakfast are at 9am and don't start to 10am or 10:30am bathroom don't have toilet paper I don't recommend it for any one to expense for what they offer

Les falta mucho mantenimiento no salía agua caliente aparte fumigar falta.
Descuide y deje una bocina en sala y resulta que ya no está ,la reporte al otro día .tengan más cuidado con su personal

I had a great time, it was very relaxing for me and fun for my kids.
Pros:

Love the views, everyone was very nice. I also love the hamacas all around the place. The tennis court, the pool and the jacuzzi were excellent too.
