Pros:

Great value hotel in a good location.
Pros:

My room was comfortable and well-equipped. Hotel was very clean, with helpful and welcoming staff. The breakfast was excellent and included in the rate. Very good location too, about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Spalding.

Great value for money, puts chain hotels to shame! Great hospitality and a great stay all round!
Pros:

My room was spacious, well thought out and very homely. Staff were superb hosts and made me feel welcome. Breakfast was freshly prepared and with plenty of choice of cereals and fresh fruit to accompany the offering from the kitchen.

Cons:

It would have been better if I wasn't travelling for business as this would have been a lovely place to stay with my missus on a little break away from it all. Alas, I had to earn some dosh, get up early and go to work. There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel or where I thought something could be done better. If I was pushed to be really picky, I'd say the plumber who fitted the radiator in the ensuite to my room could do with using a spirit level next time...

The rooms are a great size, as is the bathroom. Everything is clean and tidy and well maintained. The breakfast is fantastic and very well cooked with more than ample portions
