Will stay here again!
Pros:

Good location, great service, comfortable bed and bathroom!

Cons:

Our room’s keycard went haywire a couple times during our stay and we got locked out, but thankfully the reception is 24/7 so it was resolved quickly!

Could have asked for better hotel
Pros:

Loved style, feel, little touches of this hotel.
Great sized bed, lovely shower and water pressure, room with a view, heard breakfast was fab (no time to get)
Location is buzzing but safe- lots of locals eating together with lots of beers! Fun to see even if you don’t partake, with hip IG worthy alley of cafes and shops across the road. Metro literally outside.

Cons:

If you share room, no hard door, only glass one, for toilet, not issue if couple but to be aware.

so so worth it!
Pros:

really great hotel! the location was excellent - directly across ikseondong hanok village which had many trendy cafes and stores and activities, also walking distance to bukchon hanok village and very close to jongmyo shrine! there's a subway exit directly in front of the hotel which is super convenient. there were also many food places surrounding the hotel.

we were very pleased with our room, large enough for 4+ luggages, and the bathroom was spacious. they let us do early check in and extend check out for a price and if you're a marriott member which is also convenient. the staff were friendly and accomodating - could not recommend this hotel enough!

Cons:

i don't think our do not disturb + change room button outside the room worked, it would be better if we were provided a list of numbers to call as on the first night i was looking for staff to ask for an adaptor as korea's outlets are different, and i was only told to contact engineering - but how do i? lol

After two stays, the Moxy Insadong feels like a home away from home. I'll be back in June.
Pros:

The reasons why I came back to this hotel are multifold: the Moxy Insadong is well situated, has good beds and a large and wonderful breakfast. Fun and young athmosphere and helpful people at the frontdesk. The rooftop is an asset when the sun shines!

Cons:

Waterpressure in the shower was so-so.

非常值得推薦的熱鬧新潮住宿
Pros:

住宿地點非常方便，一出來就是地鐵站出口，樓下整條街都是布帳馬車，提供適合旅客太晚沒吃晚餐的選項。
飯店員工人非常好，加入萬豪會員可升級樓層(不一定每次適用，請詢問飯店員工)，入住還有welcome drink(也有無酒精選項)，可在16F bar編印用邊享受美景，飯店設計新潮，看其他旅客都玩得很開心，可惜沒時間去享受，房間設備完善舒適。

Cons:

入住時要去16F check in的指引不夠明顯，其他都很滿意。

Outstanding
Pros:

Fabulous hotel. Very comfortable bed and well equipped, nicely designed & spacious room. Staff were lovely. I enjoyed the roof top bar where prices are very reasonable. Subway is right outside the main entrance.

A stylish and comfortable stay in the cultural centre of town!
Pros:

Very modern and perfectly located near a train station, cafes, restaurants, markets, sightseeing. Excellent staff and convenience, plus our room was a great size and very comfortable. We were on a high floor, so no issues with noise from the street and the rooms stayed warm. View from the rooftop bar is also beautiful and we appreciated the free welcome drink. An excellent price for the experience.

Cons:

The walls and ceiling aren't totally sound-proof... Not enough of an issue to bother us very much, but there was a family with noisy children and some banging on the upper floor that we could hear in the evenings.
I also noticed that the floor was quite dusty and the shower occasionally oscillated in temperature.
