Great location, amazing breakfast, clean and spacious room. I did kinda felt a pressure and a bit of judgement from the restaurant staff during the breakfast though. As the restaurant is quite small and the staff members were gathered right by the buffet, all three staff members were watching closely what food and how much I was placing on my plate . I guess they were concerned about the food cost . That made me feel quite uncomfortable so that after two days I even skipped the breakfast buffet and opted to eat outside of the hotel.

Arrived at night.. 29.10. at 23 10 … it is impossible to order Room service .. but the receptionist helped us a lot, unfortunately I didn’t ask for the name … brought us croissants and tea .. many thanks and low bow …
This was our second stay at this property and as before, just wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, wonderful breakfast, and definitely a 5-star approach to everything in this hotel. We really enjoy our stays at the Atlas Deluxe!

This place was simply amazing, after contemplating visiting Ukraine, last year, before the pandemic kicked off, and managing to make the stars align, on a FlixBus trip, from Warsaw, and booking insurance.
Extremely friendly, helpful staff, immaculate room, and gorgeous food (the fish, and desserts are divine, and I really wanted to try the hot stone meats, but didn't get time!). I only wished that I could have stayed longer, in the wonderful city of Lviv, and hope to follow up with the suggestion of checking out the mountains, if I get to return to this country, in the future.

We were put in an attic room on the 5th floor facing the street. I had to bend in the shower and parts of the room not to hit my head. It was hot and air conditioning didn't work so we had to keep a window open. At night that caused the light from the roof to make our room very bright so it was hard to sleep. These type of rooms should not be sold for the prices we paid.

Awesome beautiful hotel, super nice stuff
It was a great stay. Five minutes walking to the main square, so many restaurants in the area close and many more at the square. Felt very safe walking day or night. Staff was very helpful with information to points of interest, even with places to run because I like to exercise, and available 24 hours for assistance. Very clean hotel and just an overall pleasant experience!
