Ordentliches Hotel mit freundlichem Empfang am Eingang, im Restaurant oder beim Frühstück
Pros:

Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Pizzeria im Haus. Gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Vor allem lief alles unkompliziert und entspannt ab. Shuttlebus zur Olympiade nach Livigno vor der Haustür.

Cons:

Man sollte kein modernes Luxushotel erwarten. Dann fehlt einem hier wenig bis nichts.

Extremely difficult staff - dismissive, rude, unresponsive, inflexible - not thinking about customer’s comfort at all, only about their financial gain right in the moment.
I do not recommend dealing with this hotel - you will not be looked after or cared for!

Es war ein sehr schöner und guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Es hatte alles was wir uns wünschten.
Die Chefin hat sich bereit erklärt den vergessenen Regenmantel nach Hause zu senden.

Super gelegen: zentrumsnahe, ruhig, Bushaltestelle und Hallenbad in kurzer Distanz.
Velos können in der Garage eingestellt werden.
Reichhaltiges Frühstück, mit frischem, sehr feinem Birchermüesli! :-)
Praktisch: Restaurant/Pizzeria im Haus. Feine Küche, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal - ausnahmslos!

Ok place to stay, if nothing fancy
Pros:

Central location and easy to move to and from by car when exploring the lower Engadine, National Park, Val Mustair. Liked the proximity to the National Park Centre which is highly recommended!
Hotel and restaurant are somewhat average and could use an upgrade here and there but everything worked and it was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Rooms facing the road are susceptible to some road noise.
