Centralt läge och väldigt trevlig frukost på takterrassen med vy över både hamnen och katedralen

Ein letzter Versuch in diesem Hotel
Cons:

Wir hatten inzwischen das zweite (und sicherlich letzte) Erlebnis, dass uns das Hotel einige Wochen vor Reiseantritt mitgeteilt hat, dass sie das Hotel früher schließen werden.
Dies geschah abermals trotz bestätigter Buchung. Wir (6 Personen) durften dann uns für die verbleibenden 3 Nächte unseres Urlaub noch Hotels suchen.
Unsere Beschwerde über nichtakzeptablen Lärm des hauseigenen Clubs wurde zunächst damit abgetan, dass der Club in der Hotelbeschreibung ja erwähnt sei. Erst durch massive Nachfrage wurden uns dann für 2 Nächte andere Zimmer angeboten.
Nie mehr wieder!
P.S.: Von der Kritik ausgenommen ist ausdrücklich das Frühstück mit der netten Bedienung, sowie die Dame am Empfang in der Vormittagsschicht!

Sleepless in Palma
Pros:

The breakfast on the terrace is great

Cons:

It is impossible to sleep. We had room 101, I guess there are rooms that are a bit more quiet. The noise of the drunks shouting at night shifts to the noise of the cars picking up trash and cleaning up the mess in the early morning.
The rooms would need excellent noise cancelling windows to make it possible to enjoy the stay. They are far from that. We had to book another hotel, it was impossible.

Toller Aufenthalt in schöner Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut geheizt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich

Nous avons été conquis par le charme du lieu, le confort, et l'amabilité de tout le personnel.
Pros:

Excellent petit-déjeuner, avec entre autres des spécialités locales variées, fruits et assortiments sucrés ou salés délicieux. Servi par un barman souriant, aux petits soins pour chacun. Cadre exceptionnel : sky bar avec vue sur la mer et la vieille ville, magnifique!

Tolles Hotel für einen Aufenthalt im Zentrumvon Palma
Pros:

Super Lage, super nettes Personal und ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit einem tollen Service.

Cons:

Man muss wissen, dass die Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut sind, da dort bis in die Nacht gefeiert wird. Bei geschlossenem Fenster aber kein Problem. Dafür ist die Lage perfekt!

komme wieder um zu checken, ob die Matratze besser ist

Pros:

Das Hotel war sehe zentral, sauber & modern und das Frühstück war sehr frisch und mit Liebe angerichtet. Bis auf einen Ganzkörperspiegel im Zimmer hat uns nichts gefehlt.

Super lokallita, skvělá snídaně
Pros:

Výborná lokalita v centru města, luxusní snídané, podávaná na terase s výhledem na katedrálu.
Úklid každý den, výměna ručníků denně

Cons:

Ručníky byly lehce zaprané, v koupelně, pokud byla zavřená byl cítit poměrně dost chlor. V koupelně se občas objevili brouci připomínající šváby

Jättebra hotell och fantastisk frukost och personal.
Pros:

Jättetrevlig personal, bra läge, fin byggnad och superbra frukost på takterassen.

Cons:

Vår lampa i taket i rummet fungerade inte och sa till om det första dagen. Personalen sa att det inte fanns lampor att byta till utan erbjöd oss extra bordslampor. Management för hotellet är alltså inte jättebra som inte ser till att det finns nya glödlampor att byta till när de går sönder.

Toaletten på rummet har glasdörr, så vill du inte se dina partner sitta på toa så välj ett annat hotell.
