La ubicación es única segunda vez que voy y volveré

Cons:

Un día se olvidaron de hacer la limpieza del cuarto y la habitación que contraté tenía foto en Booking con balcón pero no lo tenía.

Don't chose this hotel if you value your sleep!
Pros:

The worst 2 nights sleep ever! This hotel is in a great location, but you sacrifce that for the noise. Firstly you're surrounded by bars open until early hours with the noise of people drinking outside, standing around on pavements etc. Second, there's a main road veyr nearby with traffic, horns beeping then, finally, the hotel has a roof top bar open until 1am - although it was on the floor above us the noise carried down the marble staircase and into our room.
They say each room has soundproofing but unfortunately that doesn't include the doors or windows. The staff were very polite and moved us to another room but the window in that room didn't close properly so it was even worse than the 1st night! We left early.
Only positive thing was the breakfast - very delicious!

Ich würde wieder buchen, wenn es weniger laut wäre und besseres Essen gäbe.

Nettes styling/flair, gutes Frühstück, tolle Dachterrasse, zentral, interessante Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Wahnsinnig laut, inkompetente Bedienung in Restaurant / Bar, schlechtes und lieblos serviertes Essen. Überall Türsteher die ... was genau machen?

Lovely stay!
Pros:

Lovely staff, especially Peter at reception.

Great bed, very very comfortable & perfect location.

Hübsches Zimmer mit tollem Blick und guter Lage aber leider auch laut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentrumsnah und gleichzeitig in einem netten Viertel mit vielen Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Aber leider ist es deshalb nachts auch laut.
Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist toll.

Cons:

Die Lautstärke in der Nacht ist schon unangenehm.

…… es ist wichtig das in der Beschreibung des Hotels vermerkt wird das es sehr laut und unruhig bis in die späte Nacht ist …… dieses liegt an der an der Bar auf dem Dach …. Trotz Hinweis an das Personal wurde dies ignoriert …. der zimmerpreis von 300,-€ die Nacht ist in meinen Augen zu hoch …… das Personal ist zudem sehr unfreundlich und rechnet Belege doppelt ab …… nach langer Diskussion wurde dies mir gutgeschrieben !!! …… Fazit es ist ein sehr unruhiges und lautes Haus !!! ….. der Hotelgast wird nicht bevorzugt behandelt

Warning! Although the location is fabulous, this turns out to be the nightclub area of Palma. Its loud.

Cons:

The rooftop terrace that’s advertised, yes it’s nice in the morning. However, it’s a loud and overpacked rooftop bar and a nightclub underneath.
The rooms are nice and clean with polite and friendly staff. Apart from the stressed bouncer who challenges you as you’re walking to your room in the evening.

El enorme ruido que proviene de la terraza superior, no hay puerta alguna que cierre el hueco de la escalera con las habitaciones, es impresentable…..y de regalo el bar de abajo…..
