10/10 — We had a wonderful stay! From the management to the cleaners, every member of staff was absolutely fantastic — friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. My partner and I truly enjoyed our time here and felt so well looked after. The team did a wonderful job for the wedding — everything was perfect from start to finish. Medium size hotel with medium sized pool. We stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfasts were first class with plenty of choice. Buffet meals looked good too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and tidy. It was a good experience to stay in a smaller hotel than what we are used to. No mad scramble for the buffet. No early morning sunbed towel savers to cope with. The hotel has parking and is close to all the nightlife shops, bars and restaurants. I can recommend and we hope to come back soon.

Overall, a very good impression — excellent value for money and quality. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The breakfast is a standard continental one, but the Greek yogurt was especially tasty. Dinner was very good for a 3-star hotel: always made with fresh products, and almost every evening featured a local dish. I just wish there had been a greater variety of teas.

The pool area was very clean. However, we went to the beach every day and didn’t spend much time at the pool. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and housekeeping serviced them daily. The only strange thing was the shower glass door — it seemed quite short, and a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access all the local sights. The beach is also very close. If you’d like to visit Nissi Beach or Cape Greco, you can easily take the bus, as the bus stop is just near the hotel.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful — I would give them 10 stars out of 5! Our son forgot two stuffed toys at the hotel, and the staff kindly shipped them back to us. We truly appreciate their effort and thoughtfulness!

We've been to Cyprus many times and have stayed everywhere from basic hotels to fancy 5-stars. But our stay at the 3-star Hotel Anesis? Honestly, it was our favorite holiday yet.

A massive thank you to the management team – you can really feel the care they put into this place. It’s spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team is just fantastic, even changing the beds much more often than we expected.

The food was great – we did half-board and every meal was a treat. Big thanks to all the waiters, and an extra-special shout-out to the chefs, Nikolas and Marina! Also, thank you to Dilyana for being so genuinely sweet and helpful.

A tiny thing to know: we couldn’t really sleep with the balcony door open because of the music at night (but let's be honest, that’s just a Cyprus thing!). The great news is that with the door closed, the room was instantly silent and the ventilation was so good we never even turned on the AC, despite the crazy heat.

And the staff… just wow. One day our door lock broke. We mentioned it at reception, and literally within a minute, two guys from their maintenance crew came running. They were like superheroes – fixed it in a flash!

It’s that kind of quick, kind service that makes this place so special. You can keep your 5-star resorts; we’ll take the 5-star heart of Anesis any day.

The Anesis Hotel is a modern spotlessly clean well run Family Hotel in central Ayia Napa about 150 metres off the main street. This means the hotel is a quiet location i.e. no loud bars etc are within earshot. I would guess it is about 500 metres to the Harbour and closest large beach.

The rooms are spacious, modern and with plenty of storage space. They are also cleaned on a daily routine to a high standard.

I chose the option of Bed and Breakfast as I always do because I like to choose when and what to eat at night. The breakfasts are very good with choices for everyone. Hot options bacon, sausage, eggs, toast and baked beans etc. You can have cold meats, cheeses etc. Fruits and local delicatessens are also available. Crepes and Croissants. Hot drinks and/or cold juices.

The swimming pool and it’s surroundings are perfect for getting or ‘topping up’ a suntan. This is because the length of the pool is from east to west. Also there are no blockages to the sun from nearby hotels. You can walk into the pool gradually if you don’t like plunging into the pool. I have always been able to find a Sun Lounger. Palm trees also provide a natural cover should you desire.

A stay of any length of time for me is always measured by the staff. They are all super helpful and friendly. I do not know all their names but I would like to recognise 2 in particular. On Reception I have dealt mainly with Anna who is the Reservations Manager and Despo one of Receptionists. They are so welcoming and can help with your stay both in the hotel and help you about Ayia Napa and Cyprus. Bar staff are equally as friendly.

Close by amenities include a large Pharmacy and Perfumery next door. Four supermarkets within a small walk. Tourist Info Centre (Maps & Bus Timetables and Advice). Shops, Restaurants and Bars are all within walking distance. The hotel also has its own bicycles you can hire.

This was my third visit to Hotel Anesis, I have already booked for next year. It is a reasonably priced gem of a hotel.

I could not fault Anesis hotel. The staff are so caring, accommodating and overall lovely people. Me and my now husband got married in Cyprus and asked the hotel if they could arrange a reception for us as it would be easier for the kids, and they went above and beyond what we asked. Everything was perfect for the 10 days we were there and our wedding day was so special thanks to the staff. Rooms are spotless and very homey. We will definitely be back!

Well what can I say another amazing stay. Great location Spotlessly clean , lovely breakfast. All the staff work so hard. Especially Dyliana always smiling and attentive you really are an asset to the hotel. And Martin never slows down and always keen to help.

This hotel is in the perfect location to shops pubs restaurants also far enough away from all the noise.the food was limited what was there very tasty.room is perfect and the pool side is lovely and friendly atmosphere perfect for all families.staff in this place was so friendly can’t wait to come back to this little gem of a hotel

We have just returned from this amazing hotel after 16 nights from 13th-29th September. The hotel is filled with lovely staff from reception, kitchen, bar and all the cleaners who keep it spotless. The surroundings are beautiful, lovely swimming pool as we spend most of our time there. The food is excellent and location couldn't be any better. Just like to thank Dilliana in the bar along with Martin who were amazing, also Daniella, Andrea,and Despo. Hopefully we will see you next year.

We are returning guests year after year as we just love everything about Anesis😍 We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms and facilities and a very chilled atmosphere at the pool. Perfect for a relaxing holiday 🏖️ The location is perfect as it’s a short walk from the centre of Ayia Napa for restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. The hotel offers an ideal breakfast and has fantastic food available to order at the bar during the day for lunch which can be eaten in the restaurant or by the pool which is perfect 👌

A huge thank you to Dilyana, Andrea & Martin from the restaurant/bar who go the extra mile provide the best service. The can’t do enough to ensure you have a great holiday. Also to one of the cleaners, Wendy, who is always so bubbly and friendly and makes a special effort to make us feel welcome.

Anesis - 9 nights - 2 adults/2 children.

Having been to Ayia Napa in the past but not for a few years was on the hunt for a well placed family hotel that ticked the boxes.

Read plenty of reviews prior to booking the hotel and I must say the hotel didn't disappoint.

Location: Central location only a few minutes from bar/restaurants, 5 mins walk to the square (if that's your thing) and 5 mins to the beach.
Bus stops within easy access to the water park and Protaras

Hotel: Clean and tidy with plenty of effort being made by the staff to remain so.

Rooms: We had a spacious ground floor family room overlooking the pool and i was amazed with the size.
Again every effort was made in cleaning and the towels were replaced daily by the cleaners.

Pool: Pool was clean, spacious and even though it was busy it wasn't crammed. No fighting for sunbeds like other hotels

Food: We stayed half board and there was plenty of options at Breakfast which was replenished quickly.
In respect to the evening meal we were a little disappointed with the amount of options but did eat in for 5 of the 9 nights.
We ate in the hotel for lunch and the food was a good standard and a good price.

Weather: Hot!

Overall we really enjoyed the hotel and have booked again for summer 26. We chose B&B for next summer instead of HB.

My partner and i have just returned from Ayia Napa where we spent twelve nights staying at the Anesis Hotel half board.
We arrived very late and instantly felt comfortable and was made welcome by Chris the night porter.
We had a superior room with a pool view and was well pleased. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with a large balcony housing two sunbeds, a table two chairs and an umbrella and we must mention Mary who serviced our room daily to a high standard and always with a smile.
Throughout our stay we managed to speak to lots of other guests who spoke very highly of the hotel and the staff and have made a number of repeat visits.
Very noticeable was how hard the staff worked and how much effort they made to make everyone's stay a pleasant one. Kay on reception was very helpful, Delianna the floor supervisor was very accommodating and Gull, Andrea and Martin part of the waiting team always worked hard, even with the high temperatures, to ensure all the guests were happy.
Sadly, the reason not to give this hotel a five star was the inconsistency in the evening meal offer with very little quality and the deserts were very limited.
Even with that, we would quite happily recommend the Anesis and would definitely revisit.
The location was excellent with the beach and all amenities only a short walk but still far enough from the Agia Napa nightlife with its loud music.

Hotel Anesis is nearly faultless. We are definitely going to return. Such friendly and accommodating staff. The bar by the pool has so many options! I only drink soft drinks and I’m normally limited in hotels to sodas. They had smoothies, juices and milkshakes, it was great! They had so many food options for you to buy and take to eat by the pool it was lush! Great burgers! The rooms were clean! We slept in sometimes but when we left we changed “do not disturb” to “clean my room” and they’d come back and make it spotless with clean towels etc. The room was great, nice air con, hair dryer, soap etc! One thing that’s quite niche that most hotels don’t have is hand soap! Normally it’s bar soap, and we don’t find that hygienic so the fact they had both, made us very happy- it’s the small things! The pool was gorgeous! There was always enough sunbeds too. The pool was never crowded, it seemed like there was just enough space for the amount of people staying. I’ve been in hotels where there’s hundreds and hundreds of rooms with a tiny pool and you never see a sunbed or have space for a swim. That was NOT the case here! It was perfect! They had very clean and modern public toilets. The hotel has a board with things to do in Ayia Napa and photos of how much it’s changed over the years and it’s amazing to see the updates! I’d say getting to match the reception area and food area to how modern the rest of the hotel looks would be a good start. The decor of the reception area has an older feel to it. I think there’s not much space for them to expand much but we said it would be amazing if they were able to do some sort of entertainment on occasional nights although being in Ayia Napa it’s not too necessary- just might be good for the nights in when you’ve drank too much the night before ahah! And because of the space, their food area was smaller than other 3 star hotels I’ve been too YET they did have a lot of options. We was bed and breakfast, we can’t imagine them having enough space for food options for half board so we was glad we didn’t do that- yet reviews on here say how nice that is so!! Very small thing here but their hash browns were genuinely the best I’ve ever tasted but
due to lack of space, they were only on a couple of days as they have to rotate. The location is SUPERB. We would 100% come back.

Noted: other people around the pool mentioned cleaners being rude in the morning when they went by the pool to read. Even though the pool was closed, they just sat on a sunbed to read and was told to move or the cleaner would get them to move. Apparently it was due to not reserving sunbeds, but lots did and never got spoken too, and we did and no one made any comments so I think these rules need to be more clear. We didn’t have this problem but just be weary of reserving beds. People say you aren’t allowed, but people have said it’s necessary as everyone does it.
We didn’t have a problem. There was always space.

Had a 10 night stay at Anesis Hotel it was great, staff very helpful and always there to help. Breakfast was good very good choice,rooms cleaned every day,pool and surrounding areas are kept spotless.Your in a great location. Don’t hesitate to book. I will be coming back next year.

Staff were exceptional, quite surprised only three star, drinks and good very reasonable. Breakfast was superb.

Great hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed in, hotel/ staff were amazing, very central, not far from everything, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, we had the best 10 days here and would definitely come back again!!

Arrived early hours of the morning, we were given rooms by the night guard. Apparently found out some were in the wrong rooms but was superbly resolved by staff the next day. All staff were super friendly and went above and beyond during our 10 day stay. The hotel might be rated 3 stars but with a 5 star service. We were put in room 005 at first which was too small for our needs, but was soon moved to a bigger room 112 with no fuss. The hotel is immaculate in cleanliness in all areas.
The breakfast is served between 7-10 am sharp and is buffet style with an efficient omelette station and the usual choices but a bit basic if you’re a fussy eater.
The food served throughout the day off the menu is delicious and plentiful .
Rooms are cleaned daily, have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities and a safe payable locally 2 euro a day. A separate wet room with a large shower area.
The only negative was the pool towels situation which the hotel resolved on our 10 th day by only allowing towels to be put out at 10 am !
Overall a fantastic stay for a family consisting of 10 adults and 6 children. Great location. Beach 3 minutes walk, surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars within a 2 min walk .
Definitely would recommend and return.
