인터컨티넨탈에서 체크아웃 후 자정비행기라 갈곳이 없어 여기서 6시간여 쉬려고 있었는데, 극과극을 체험했습니다. 같은 건물에 누가 관리하느냐에 따라 이렇게 차이가 나네요. 비행기 때문에 잠깐 머물곳이 필요하거나, 여행으로 오게된다면 절대 이곳으로 가지마세요..차라리 코스타 레지던스로 예약하세요. 같은 건물에 운영주체가 두곳이라 처음에 헷갈리는데 어쨌든 절대 가지 마세요.

We have had a comfortable stay with very spacious room, everything is new and clean. Just walking across the road and reach the beach, but it has storm in my trip, so cannot swim :(

位置佳; 廚房用具齊全;
剛入住冷氣機漏水，處理完，第二天早上出現同一樣情況漏水，冷氣機嘈得厲害，聲浪很大;
床舖整潔不太理想，覺得有蝨，身體痕癢;
游泳細又窄 ;
房價 和 質素 不合比例 !

こちらのアパートメントのシステムが基本、電話でのやりとりであるため、現地で通話可能な携帯電話がないと不便だった。レセプションで対応してもらったり、オーナーさんがメールでの対応をした下さったが、WiFiが切れることもあり、ベストではなかった。
また、レイトチェックアウトにしてもらえたのは助かったが、送迎までの荷物預りをしてもらえないので、３時間近くをレジデンスの受付前で過ごすことになってしまった。
ただ、ロケーションはよく、眺め・ショッピングにも困らず、宿泊費から考慮すると、コスパはいいと思う。
それと美味しいと評価が高かったので朝食付きにし、１Fのレストランのチケット(10:30迄と明記)で、10:03頃に行ったところ営業は10:00までと言われ、1日目は食べ損なってしまい残念だった。

Good

Nice apartment, however, Nha Trang is a dump.It is overrun with Russian and Chinese tourists and the beach is littered wth rubbish. There is no Vietnamese culture to see here. Restaurant menus are in Russian and this coastal resort has been designed for the Russian.market. I certainly will not be returning here.

The apartment; The Good: It was a nice apartment and spacious. I suspect that these are timeshare apartments as there were not any of the facilities you find in a hotel. The apartment had a washing machine which worked well. No BBC news on the TV, something to do with licensing said the host. Cleaners knocking at door at 10am everyday to clean the apartment, some may say this was either good or bad. The location is good, but its certainly not on the beach, In summary, the apartment was nice. The security was excellent and I felt very safe. There was security patrolling outside and inside 24 hours. Probably one the safest places I have stayed.

The bad. I had a partial sea view at an angle, it was not like the brochure. The beach is across a very dangerous road. It was nightmare to get across the road, it is not safe and very dangerous and there are no traffic lights. Cars and mopeds are coming at speed from both directions and they do not slow down for you. I dont know why they cant invest in a pedestrian crossing wth lights.
The restaurants on the costa side of the road are expensive. You can risk your life to get across to the beach cafes if you are brave enough

Отдыхали с женой и дочерью с 1 по 12 мая 2019 года. Заселились легко и непринуждённо. Брали трансфер из аэропорта прямо через владельца апартаментов. Номер нас полностью устроил. Есть реально Всё! Полностью соответствует описанию на сайте. Менеджмент идёт на контакт и отвечает на все интересующие вопросы по почте или в Ватсап. Местоположение очень удобное. Рядом отель Гавана с клубом и смотровой площадкой, магазины в пешей доступности. Пляж супер. Народу на пляже в этом месте немного. Зонтики, лежаки и полотенца бесплатно.

Loved our stay here. Well appointed spacious room with nice view over beach. Kitchen was well eqipped with everything you require. Fantastic drying room for washing private and off the balcony. A true star rating. Reception is also very happy to help book tours or help with anything you may need. Good english.

I like the specious room with kitchen, private beach and costa restaurant. Location is perfect. strongly recommend and will be back again

인터컨티넨탈 호텔과 같은 건물을 사용해서 건물이 깨끗하고 좋아요. 풀과 헬스장은 좀 작지만 쓸만합니다. 프라이빗 비치는 입주민만 사용 가능한 해변의 썬베드 서비스인데, 홈매뉴얼에는 타월이 유료라 되어있지만 사실 무료에요. 쇼핑몰들이 멀지 않아 편리했고 택시를 타도 누구나 알고 있어 편리했네요. 공항 픽업 서비스도 좋았습니다. 빨래도 하고 스마트TV로 넷플릭스도 보고 집처럼 지냈네요. 사흘 이상 묵는다면 가격 대비 훨씬 편리하게 지내실 수 있을겁니다!

인포에 상주하는 직원 없습니다. 체크인 하려면 직원이 올때까지 코스타레지던스 인포에서 기다려야합니다. 문의사항 있으면 카카오톡으로 연락해달랍니다.
공항셔틀 서비스 신청했으나 공항 샌딩 요청 시간에 차량이 오지 않았습니다. 새벽 12시30분에 그랩도 안잡히고 다니는 택시도 없고 , 제 시간에 공항 못 갈뻔 했습니다.
호텔 룸 상태도 별로입니다. 이불과 베개에서 쉰내 진동하고 샤워가운은 얼룩에 다림질도 안돼어있습니다. 싱크대에 망고껍질 올려두니 바로 개미 꼬입니다.

코스타 레지던스와 코스타 서비스드 아파트먼트! 같은 곳인데 불리는 이름만 다른 줄 알았습니다.
하지만 인포에 체크 인.아웃시 오너가 다르다 건물이 다르다며 제대로 응대해주지 않더군요. 코스타 레지던스도 공항셔틀 서비스 있는걸로 호텔스닷컴에 정보가 있는대 직원들은 그런 서비스 없다며 택시 예약은 해 줄 수 있다고 하더군요. 직원이 문제인지 기재된 서비스 정보가 엉터리인지 모르겠네요.

We did not like the bed it was to hard, The bathroom ligjts were to dim not good for shaving or doing makeup.the kitchen needs more cutlery and crockery.There was only one bed.but no sofa bed as was booked

Location is very good, apartment is clean with full amenties, feel very comfortable. Receptionist is helpful. Private beach is in front of the hotel. We have wonderful experience with Costa and Nha Trang

The residence is near a beach, a cafe, a mart and many restaurants. Also clean the room and swimming fool.
I hope I will stay here if I have a chance again!

This was a privately owned room so you don’t get the service you normally get in a typical hotel. For example , we had to wash the towels they gave us and reuse them for the following day. Also room was book for 4 people but only had enough sleeping area for 3 and the 4th person had to sleep on the floor with the mat they provided us with.

The room ambience & apartment location is fabulous. It is within minutes to the the beach & the apartment is well equipped & clean.

The room is very big with comfortable large size bed. The room is also quite clean. Location is good, very close to the beach and night market.
