Pros:

Slightly dated hotel, but helpful staff at reception and elsewhere. Not right in centre, but very close to lots of dining options. Wifi good, comfortable bed. Unusual set up of room and lightswitches.

Pros:

Like most hotels in Sibu, they are a little aged. But I find this small hotel well kept. The best thing I like about it is it has good air conditioning which does not workhave a mind on its own. The impressive water discharge at the shower that is at constant pressure and steady temp the way you want. I am surprise to this at the top floor. However, the loo needs a bit of maintenance for faster clearance.

Water heater not working. First night used cold water to bath. Next day moved to another room. Again one of socket was not functioning as the phone could not be charged

Location is good accessibile to nearby restaurants. Ample parking space. Front desk and bellboys service is excellent.

Please avoid doing the sorting out of towels and bedsheets after laundry in front of the lifts. Not only the activity block the passage but the action is tarnishing the image of the hotel.

Room ok .. staff not ok cz first day u come u aask wether the room with bekfes shes say yes .. n next day wanna go to bekfes thn the staff say have to pay cz the room is without bekfes ... so pls la b seriuos next time .

Pros:

Staffs are friendly and act efficiently when I requested to make up my room. But hopefully will improve on pillows and blanket because it got bad smell causing me can't really sleep properly. Overalls still fine with me.
