Budget stay for business travellers
Pros:

Its a service apartment stay and is clean and cheap. The location is decent and is relatively quite and rooms are clean and decent.

The breakfast isn't something to brag about as its very simple (I repeat the hotel is cheap) with 2-3 items only. However the staff (especially the night shift one) are rude and unprofessional.

My booking from Expedia was for an AC w/ Breakfast buffet and upon arriving. he kept saying they don't have that info so he'll charge me for it. It was only after I had contacted Expedia's team that they called and had it sorted.

A Decent hotel
Pros:

The Palazzo really is less of a hotel and more of a Business Flat (and that is a good thing). The room was large and a few minor niggles - well kept. The staff is friendly and definitely tries to help you.

Pros:

They should have a good power back up, as frequent power cuts does not allow their ACs to run. Their break fast was same for all three days.
