Dirty filthy and ripped off. Do not stay here.
We were taken here by a taxi driver.
We were charged £90 sterling. Only now i see it should have been £10! ( no wifi in this place so coukdnt check.
We were shown a room. A rat ran out from under the bed!
We were then given a different room.
Filthy, door didnt lock, sheets were stained, hair on pillow cases, no way had they been washed! Towels stained. No hot water and the shower didnt work.
The air con was so noisy clacking real load all night. We couldnt sleep. Shuttle bus is a taxi and we had to pay. Should be closed down. I hope the ones who took all that money 9 x over the price is ashamed of themselves! Disgraceful

Needed somewhere to put our head down till we could check into our booked hotel. This was the 3rd hotel we looked at. The rooms shown were supposedly all the same price but as soon as the taxi left they said that the nicer room
Was another £10 more. We layer on the bed fully clothed as it was that filthy.
The airport taxi got us here and yes it’s a total rip off. Would not recommend to anyone.

Good staff behavior. Room service good. I was served by Raman. Cordial behavior. Reception staff very pleasant. House keeping to be improved. Food needs to be improved. Heater should be provided. Pick up vehicle very bad. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Lighting systems need repair. Ravi Shankar

Good budget hotel near main road and easy access ,all cab facilities airport pick up and flights booking available near the area .Good rooms and cleanliness .Must recommended from me .hotel rate was good.they arrange all local sightseeing and Agra full day as well .-thank you for your great hospitality

The hotel is good especially the interior. Me and my family has enjoyed a lot and satisfied with the service provided. Food was very delicious and my children loved it. It was an amazing experience we have made by visiting your hotel thanks for your kind gesture.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. I don’t recommend even if you get it for free. It’s a nightmare. May look a bit good from outside but it’s very unhygienic inside. Don’t ever book this hotel.
I got it through an agent. He was very much annoyed.

The air conditioning does not work. This hotel participates in taxi scams. They overcharged to the extent of $125 a night. Be warned. Avoid this hotel and do your bit not to encourage yet another scam in Delhi.

Very bad experience,they are cheating people,the rooms are in their worst conditions,nothing is working and they charge you heavily ,below standard room,horrible ,not clean.The most horrible experience of my life to go in this hotel.

This hotel exists to deceive tourists with taxi drivers from the beginning.

Taxi drivers falsely say that their booked accommodation has been closed due to COVID-19 and lure them to come to this accommodation.
I had no internet back then since my SIMCARD wasn't working yet.
Tho I needed a hotel where I had to stay quickly due to an urgent schedule, and eventually had to pay $72 and an additional 12% GST.

I had to go to the airport by 5 a.m. and the taxi drivers promised to come pick me up at 4 a.m. But the moment I got scammed and paid, they wouldn't come and the all the hotel staffs knew it was a scam. So they offered me to call another Uber.

Basically they are exist to scam tourists.
It's a hotel that scams tourists from the beginning.

2. Quality of service

The hotel front manager promised me a breakfast at 3 a.m.
But the hotel didn't even gave me a wake-up call nor any breakfast.

3. Facilities

The facilities are terrible.
They showed me two rooms.

Pros
1) The bed is spacious.
2) It's a 15-minute drive from the airport.

Cons
1) The expensive room has a small shampoo set, a disposable toothbrush, and toothpaste.
2) The cheaper room has a shampoo set the size of a finger and a soap.
3) The TV remote control didn't work.
4) The bathroom doesn't have a vent.
5) There is not even a bottle of water in the refrigerator.
6) They didn't provide the Wi-Fi number anywhere in the room, so I had to go and ask them myself.

I went with my mom. In an urgency we had to check in. I was not aware of the hotel but the cab driver suggested. Trust me the hotel is such they just loot people like anything. The Average to bad room with least facilities and the charges are too high is 3000 and food cost is more high. From the morning their employees will call to check out. Top of everything they put GST @12%. The food cost is like 7 star hotel and the rooms and hotel is very ordinary it doesn’t even deserve 1600.. The price is too high and disappointing, people who sits in reception filled with pride, no help you can expect from them. I stayed there without TV, WIFi , washroom flush doesn’t work, room was stinking , small congested room but the cost of the room is equal to 3 star hotel. I had worst experience over there. In that money someone would get very beautiful and luxurious room in Mahipalpur. I had to check in bcz I was having urgently. Worst worst experience ever.

This hotel worked with a taxi operator to scam us. The yellow cab taxi driver pretended to call our hotel that we were originally booked with when in fact he was calling his fellow scammer at this hotel who told us that they were not taking any more clients because there was a ride in Covid cases and that they had gotten too many Covid cases so not accepting any guests. When we got to the hotel we asked for Wi-Fi to contact our friends they refused until we paid, pretended that the Card machine was not working and forced us to pay cash. TURNS OUT THAT IT WAS ALL A LIE THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS DONOT STAY THERE, plus the picture is not

This hotel is being run by a criminal gang who are extorting tourists. We arrived into Delhi at 2am and were ‘kidnapped’ by our taxi driver, with him telling us he couldn’t access our actual booked hotel. On arrival at the hotel there were in excess of 7 intimidating hotel staff suggesting we pay £60 for a room as it was a dangerous area. We feared if we didn’t pay we’d be mugged, so stumped up the cash. The room was filthy and with small bugs in the bed, there was wet and mould that’d been painted over on the walls! The shower was more like a freezing cold water feature and swimming pool looked more like a murky pond! The room doors also do not lock properly so we had to wedge it shut overnight with the drawers. This is a dangerous place run by a gang and I would not recommend to anyone.

Yes I fell for it. See other reviews of this hotel. Was booked in at a hotel near to this one and negotiated with taxi driver outside the airport to lower his original quote of 1800INR (so about £18) down to 800INR. First mistake was not getting my hotel to arrange for a named taxi to pick me up from the hotel. Anyway - the taxi driver set off and said he wasn't sure where the hotel was exactly. Did I have the address? Yes and i gave it to him and the hotel phone number. He pretended to call the hotel even saying out loud the number i was telling him as he dialled it. Before this he threw in the conversation casually about Covid having reared its head in Delhi again. He got through to the hotel and told me it has had to close due to 3 customers having Covid. He passed the phone to me telling me the hotel owner wants to speak to me. This person (not the hotel owner) told me they are closed but don't worry as I will get the total amount refunded to me as it was not my fault. I then said to the taxi driver where can we go to and he drove all of 1 minute and pulled into the Grand Shoba. He then ran inside to alert the staff that we had arrived. i was then shown 3 rooms - the first was extremely basic and the other 2 less so but both were in the process of the beds being stripped/rooms cleaned so I opted for the first one. I paid for it by card then in the room my wife called the travel company (they have now withdrawn this hotel from their books) we booked the original hotel through just to confirm they were closed - of course they weren't. I ended up shouting in reception at all the staff and the manager was still refusing to refund my money and take me to the hotel i booked. If i hadnt gone ballistic for 20 minutes I wouldn't have got a refund. We ended up getting to our original hotel. The taxi driver and the hotel are both in on the scam.

Hotel is very nice.loction is very near by Airport on main road.Room is very cleaned. fast service and food is very delicious.I feel very good.Hotel provide me free pickup from airport.I will recommend this hotel

BEWARE My daughter has had an appalling experience. Taken to this hotel by the airport taxi driver instead of the one she booked because he said he couldn't find her hotel. Charged £100 for a few hours stay. Disgusting room in a rough neighbourhood. Ruined an otherwise great experience if India.
