Das Hotel als solche war an sich tipptopp.. und die Unterstützung des Personals im Zusammenhang mit unserer Autopanne ausserordentlich hilfreich! Herzlichen Dank dafür an die beiden Receptionistinnen - und dem Chef, der auch noch für uns umhertelefonierte..

Cons:

..die Klimaanlage war vollständig ausgefallen... und das im Höhepunkt einer unglaublichen Hitzewell mit Temperaturen von bis 40 Grad. Es wurde uns angeboten, die Buchung zu stornieren, wir sind (müde wie wir waren dann trotzdem geblieben. ;=)

Terrible night at the Best Western Hotel d'Arc
Cons:

Air conditioning system not working. Bathroom and toilet door locks broken. Shower tray mouldy. No ventilation. Because of air conditioning not working we had to leave patio doors open which made it very noisy. Overall very disappointed with our stay.

Spender mit Kaltem Wasser. Unkompliziert mit der Aufbewahrung des Fahrrads. Großzügiges Zimmer

Cons:

Geruch im Treppenhaus. Fenster zum Innenhof, wo eine Abluftanlage die ganze Nacht lärmt.

Good location and a great nights sleep
Pros:

The bed was huge and very clean and comfortable. The shower was lovely. On the whole the stay was good. The room was very warm as there was no air con, but we left our windows open and had a fan, so slept well.

Cons:

There was little to no sound proofing, so if you are a light sleeper you may get woken by other guests.
