O hotel atendeu bastante as necessidades da nossa família. Fácil localização, bom café da manhã. A piscina bem espaçosa e a sua localização próxima das árvores e flores ficou perfeita para um bom bate papo

Sugiro melhorar o piso do banheiro dos quartos pois é escorregadio . Para o idoso cair ali é muito fácil. A parte da grama ao redor da piscina Tem muitas formigas. Nao gostei dos itens do buffet livre por 2 noites. Outro item ruim é fazer as reservas. Tudo via link que muitas vezes nao funciona e o idoso até desiste de fazer a reserva.. Vcs precisam mudar isso pois é insuportável nao conseguir falar com alguém. O link so pode fazer reserva pela escrita e o atendimento é péssimo!!! Para saber detalhes me liguem 7199906 9766

Gostaria de destacar um em especial. O Diego, do restaurante. Ficamos muito felizes com o atendimento prestado por ele. Isso faz muita diferença na estadia, educação, agilidade tudo com um sorriso no rostro, tornando o clima leve e agradável.

Cons:

A moqueca de peixe estava maravilhosa no primeiro dia.
Já na segunda vez, a mesma moqueca tinha muito caldo e quase nada de peixe e de camarão que deixou muito a desejar. Não foi uma experiência agradável.
Quanto a área da piscina o hotel poderia ter um atendimento mais próximo no sentido de aproveitar a lotação daquela área. Isso porque observamos que fecharam o bar e ninguém permaneceu no local para atendimento. Seria uma forma do hotel e dos seus prepostos aproveitarem para oferecer seus serviços.
