The fridge didn’t work and the top blanket was very dirty there were dead roaches in the bed under the sheets they switched my room and the shower was totally disgusting I did not shower there but this bed was clean of any bugs and the air conditioning was good the customer service was great despite everything else

Pros:

It felt like a prison cell with beds. The bench that was in the room was stained like someone died there. No shower curtains the towles were tiny. Just a really unsafe vibe with the hotel.

My worst stay experience during a hard time

Nothing it was not what i expected for a lovely nights rest

Cons:

Well for starters the microwave didn't work the toilet was coming up from the floor and sink was shaking and i seen bugs my worst experience ever the housekeeper just walking into my room without knocking it was a horrible experience never again. I would love my money back because i didn't get what i paid for and that was to be comfortable for a night. The staff stated to me that none of the rooms have working microwaves the toilet was shaking and i almost slipped off the toilet hitting my head on the side of the tub.
