Eine unvergessliche Reise
Pros:

Das Personal war mehr als nur freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir sind leider aufgrund von Flugverspätung später gelandet / am Hotel angekommen als geplant aber die Inhaber sind uns bestmöglich entgegengekommen, um den späten Check-In noch zu ermöglichen. Die Lage ist super, nicht im Stadtinneren sondern in einer ruhigeren Umgebung, die man nach langen/lauten Tagen braucht um am Abend abzuschalten. Das Hotel ist 5-7 min von der JR Line zu Fuß entfernt und demnach perfekt angebunden. Man ist in 10-15 min in Shinjuku und Shibuya, aber selbst in die anderen Stadtteile kommt man schnell.
Das Zimmer ist für japanische Verhältnisse besonders groß und die Betten sehr bequem!

Gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich ein Lawson und direkt daneben ein Supermarkt, 3 min vom Hotel ein 7-Eleven und Family Mart, also alles was man braucht.

Preis-Leistung ist einfach nur top, dass die Inhaber so freundlich und hilfsbereit waren, hat das alles nur getoppt.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen, wenn es mal wieder nach Japan geht.

Pros:

服务很好，入住舒适，干净卫生。我来的当天因为成田机场到东京的几条线路都延误，导致我坐JR线饶了一段路才达到池袋，老板很贴心的为我的情况给出了非常好的解决方案。

コスパ最高でした！
Pros:

東京での宿泊なのにこの値段？！とドキドキでした。ホテルの施設が最悪だったらどうしようという不安もあったのですが杞憂でした。シングルの部屋も狭すぎることもなく、アメニティも充分揃っていました。11時チェックアウトなのも嬉しい点でした。また利用したいです。

特に無いです。共用で良いので電子レンジとかあれば良いかも？

Muy buena ubicación, la habitación muy correcta el baño, la medida de la habitación todo bien. Los caseros son muy majos y hablan inglés.
La ubicación un 10 porque al ser Ikebukuro no hay mucho turista y puedes tener una buena experiencia japonesa y los precios de la zona son Excelentes.

Cons:

Yo estaba en la planta 1 y se escuchaban bastante los coches y ambulancias por la noche.
