Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l'hôtel Hayota.
Le couple de gérant étant d'une très aimables et aidants.
J'avais oublié mon parapluie dans un magasin et ils ont gentiment accepté d'expliquer la situation en japonais pour moi afin que je puisse aller le récupérer.
J'ai également envoyé par le service de transport mes valises en avance dans leur hôtel et le jour du checkin le monsieur les a déposé pour moi dans ma chambre car j'étais ressortie faire un tour.

La chambre est spacieuse (mes deux grosses valises en soute en plus de celle cabine y tenaient sans mal)

Il y avait également des pantoufles mise a disposition, un pyjama et un petit frigo.

Vraiment un hôtel où je reviendrai, surtout qu'il est à environ 10min à pieds de la gare de Ikebukuro.

Accueil chaleureux dans un lieu fonctionnel à la propreté impeccable
Pros:

Le couple présent dans la loge de l’hôtel, nous a accueilli en français ! Monsieur nous a monté les valises… À chaque passage un sourire , un mot chaleureux et attentionné . Merci 🙏

Very nice clean friendly accommodation in a good area .
Pros:

Very simple but very clean accommodation with a reasonably large room for Tokyo. The staff were lovely and helpful and always a polite friendly greeting when we went in or out.

Bien ubicado, cómodo y limpio. 100% recomendado.
Pros:

Es un hotel que está genial. Tanto por la limpieza y el personal, como por la ubicación. En 5 minutos andando estás en la estación de Ikebukuro. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Como anécdota, el hombre que lo gestiona me saludaba en español y se despidió de mi también en español. De verdad, el personal muy majo.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no me gustara de este hotel. Cumple ampliamente con lo que promete.

非常棒的感受
Pros:

環境很乾淨而且隔音也很好，而且老闆與老闆娘都很親切，非常的喜歡，而且還有獨立出來的吸煙室，飯店周圍有很多超商還有業務超市，生活機能算蠻便利的，真的推薦給大家。

Fantastic no frills budget accommodation.
Pros:

The Hatoya Hotel is not for you if you want high end luxury accommodation, it is though if you want a place that gives you the basics like a comfortable bed, a really really good shower and really good WiFi, the room has a small fridge and decent bench space as well, a 5 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station which will take you anywhere you need to be in Tokyo inside 10 minutes, the couple that run the hotel are super friendly. I choose to get a fresh towel each day which was enough for me in terms of housekeeping , there is also a small laundromat directly outside the hotel which is handy.

Cons:

It is a little noisy street wise but after a long day exploring Tokyo you will fall asleep pretty quick and won't even notice it after a couple of days.
