PRIME PARK Hotel Bandung

Old hotel, nice building but the rooms is old and not really clean.. breakfast good enough. and located in a very traffic jam area

This hotel is a bit old but the facilities and staff are very good.
The room is large enough and clean.

Seperti hotel tua. Kamar tidur cukup nyaman tapi biasa. Kamar mandinya kotor, saluran air di kamar mandi tersumbat. Makanannya juga biasa. Yang paling oke dari hotel ini adalah lokasi dan pelayanan staff yang sangat ramah dan membantu selama saya menginap.

V good stay in hotel. It's value for money. V much enjoyed the buffet breakfast which is the highlight of each day.

Staff are polite and always eager to help. Hotel is not close to the main city area but it is very easy to get Grab transport to travel out! The view outside the window is gorgeous. Would love to stay here again if I ever go to Bandung again.

Hotel is new and refreshing. Staff is very friendly and speak english. Room is new, nicely decorated. Bed is comfortable and bathroom very clean. There is adequate spread for breakfast and restaurant is cosy.

スマホアプリで事前にアーリーチェックインをお願いしておいたにも拘らず部屋が用意できてなかった。室内は清潔。インターネット接続はやや遅い。シャワーはお湯が出て有り難いがタンクの中のお湯が無くなるのが案外早い。手早く済ませる必要がある。周辺には何もないが、道路を渡った向かいがコンビニ。

Breakfasf can be improved. Hand towels should be provided in the rooms. Everything else was great. I especially enjoyed the room view. Clean, comfortable and easy stay.

Saya beserta keluarga sangat menikmati liburan kami,dimulai dari resepsionis yg ramah saat menjamu tamu,sampai bellboy yg mengantarkan barang2 kami ke kamar very helpfull. Kamar luas dan bersih namun pada saat buka kamar masih berasa bau asap rokok,makanan sangat bervarisasi dan berasa sesuai hotel bintang 4..yg saya suka nasi goreng nya enak beda Dengan nasi goreng lainnya.menu italiannya exp fetucini dan sosis blackpaper enak. Anak2 suka dengan rasa pancake nya saran kalau bisa ditambah menu ice cream akan menjadi sempurna.kolam renang ada di lt 12 dengan pemandangan kota dan gunung sangat indah,kolam renang juga airnya bersih dan waktu saya menginap suasana sepi enak buat main dikolam sepuasnya.

Hotel cukup nyaman, menu breakfast juga cukup lengkap. Cake operanya enak sekali. Tapi untuk fasilitas Sanitary kurang baik.. flushing klosetnya kurang lancar, wastafel agak mampet. Tapi overall saya cukup puas menginap di hotel ini.

Kesan pertama waktu datang, hotel dengan fasilitas yg baik, masuk kamar, nyobain kasur, kasurnya keras, kamar mandi shower kecil, sarapan pagi krn ngajak anak 2, kena charge 150 ribu, anak 10 th kena 100 rb, yg 6 th bayar 50 rb, mayan juga buat bayar sereal sama susu aj... Kolam renang kecil, sepertinya jarang d bersihkan, airnya banyK kotoran

makanan enak, great pool, staff ramah. hanya di awal harus deposit cash 300 ribu, tdk terima CC sehingga agak merepotkan. over all menyenangkan.

호텔은 모든게 괜찬은데 위치가 도심에서 멀고 호텔주위는 볼것도없고 시간이많으신 분들은 괜찬다고 생각합니다.

가격 대비 좋은 호텔 4성급 같지는 않음.

Hotel nya bagus, dapat harga murah, makanan enak, sarapannya ber variasi, ada kolam renangnya di rooftop, manstab lah

Menginap dua malam, di hari kedua setelah kamar dibersihkan, handuk tidak tersedia. Menelepon sampai 4 kali dari jam 5 hingga jam 9, handuk baru diantar. Alasannya ada keterlambatan dari laundry. Berarti pada hari itu di semua kamar nggak ada handuk? Agak nggak masuk akal bagi saya. Dan, harus menelepon sampai 4 kali itu menyebalkan! Hanya untuk urusan handuk!

Room was perfect! But somehow I wonder how mosquito was in my room. Called front office and they said housekeeping personal will come. It seems to took them "forever" to come, so i called front office and ask them why are the housekeeping personal taking so long, yet I seems to replied my problem to front office 3 times until they finally come to my room in 30 mins or so. It seems that they did not recorded down my complain in their system or either miscommunication could happen as their English was not up to standard. Secondly the standard of a 4 star hotel service at Terrance Cafe was not professional as staff was totally not polite, no smile, no greeting and just giving a straight face to guests. They seems to be so arrogance.
