Fabulous stay - super comfy bed- nice kitchenette area with a small couch. A balcony to sit out on and have a drink. Staff were lovely. Very quiet !!! We barely heard a thing as the bed is situated in the middle of the room with doors - excellent. We will definitely be back again
only one small thing 2 pillows each would have been great - there was only 1 pillow each - small thing but 2 would be great
On arriving reception was friendly welcoming and helpful. I required extra milk and coffee and the staff were more than accommodating. The room was of excellent cleanliness.

Great location close to shops, cafe's restaurants and river walks. Tram stops right outside. Safe and secure parking. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Only interacted with one staff member, which was the girl on reception when I checked in, I didn't get her name, but I noticed her welcoming each guest by name whenever she saw them, so shout out to her as she was doing a wonderful job!
Greater attention to detail would make a big difference to overall experience. I found that many of the apartment facilities were in need of maintenance/replacement: pedal bin in bathroom was broken leaving rusty prong of metal for opening, towels were old, hard/stiff (I actually went and bought my own from the shopping centre), couch looked dirty and cushions were out of shape and uncomfortable, 2 out of 4 lamps in the apartment had blown bulbs and one of the overhead lights had a bulb that was flickering, air conditioner was also old and took a long time to get going and the shower was weird, you couldn't adjust flow or direction of water, it was just one strong jet of water pointing straight ahead.
It was nice and tidy room and have everything you need.
All was good apart from shower head it was to low and couldn’t be adjusted.
