Pros:

The location to a main tram line, made it very easy to access other parts of the city.
Conveniences like a grocery store nearby and shopping mall meant there is everything you need in walking distance in the local area.

Great spot for our weekend away. Would choose to stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, tram stop right outside the door. Room was clean and tidy. Super helpful staff - Yamini assisted with our issues getting to the airport and return of items left in room.

Would stay here again without question
Pros:

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment. The staff were super friendly and helpful at arrival. Building is quiet. Beds comfortable. Loved that there is a couch and dining table. Good and spacious for a studio size. Staff were happy to provide us with all new towels after a few days on request.

Cons:

I wish you would have some dish soap, cooking oil and disinfectant spray in the kitchenette. And maybe a full sized sponge.

Also, the shower head?? What even is that. You need to install a nice water saving one. It's direction of stream and pressure kind of wrecked the shower a little.

Pros:

Very clean, great convenient location - Tram stop right outside, supermarket next door, pubs close by for a drink and dinner or lots of other restaurant options a short walk away. Very clean.

Cons:

Kitchenette could do with a few more bowls.

Spacious, comfortable and a relaxing stay
Pros:

The hotel is on a busy road but from my room at the rear of the building it was very quiet. The reception staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The car park was easy to use. The room itself was great, a nice shower room, a good kitchen, comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The hotel is in a good position, lots of places to eat and drink, a nearby shopping centre, and i enjoyed a walk along The Yarra River to the rear of the building. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here.

Cons:

Nothing...it's a lovely place to stay

Melbourne Tennis Trip
Pros:

We've stayed often & never fails to please. Ticks all boxes for location & access to trams, shops, IGA next door. Also apartment quite spacious & kitchenette with great cooking facilities & washer/ dryer! Parking undercover on site ( fees apply) but car off streets & safe. We were there for the free end of month Breakfast which was a delicious surprise. Special mention to wonderful friendly cleaning staff as well.

Cons:

There is a lounge provided in living area which is most uncomfortable & not really suitable for 2 people. But this didn't spoil all the positives.

Decent option east of Melbourne CBD
Pros:

Nice sized studio apartment, with room to relax, cook-in kitchenette, well appointed bathroom, balcony, and a decent bed and pillows.

Cons:

Safe in the room didn't work, and the couch was a little flat, but otherwise no significant issues at all.
