Pros:

Location was fabulous, staff were friendly and helpful, room was well-equipped and clean.

Cons:

Darkness of room, owing to its configuration and that of the balcony; no view.

location on the tram line and easy access to Oz open tennis 3 short tram trips

Cons:

car park is at the rear and some details of how to get in would have been ideal

Melbourne Tennis Trip
Pros:

We've stayed often & never fails to please. Ticks all boxes for location & access to trams, shops, IGA next door. Also apartment quite spacious & kitchenette with great cooking facilities & washer/ dryer! Parking undercover on site ( fees apply) but car off streets & safe. We were there for the free end of month Breakfast which was a delicious surprise. Special mention to wonderful friendly cleaning staff as well.

Cons:

There is a lounge provided in living area which is most uncomfortable & not really suitable for 2 people. But this didn't spoil all the positives.

Decent option east of Melbourne CBD
Pros:

Nice sized studio apartment, with room to relax, cook-in kitchenette, well appointed bathroom, balcony, and a decent bed and pillows.

Cons:

Safe in the room didn't work, and the couch was a little flat, but otherwise no significant issues at all.

Very comfortable accomodation in excellent location for CBD & arts & sports precinct & would come back again
Pros:

Friendly staff & location very good for access to CBD & supermarkets

Cons:

I used the good cooking facilities in my room quite a bit - they were very good - it would be useful to have some tongs & a large spoon for serving & larger Chux cloth for cleaning up the bench & a hand towel in kitchen

Don’t waste your money - or if you have already booked then get them to accompany you to the room and look at the shower
Pros:

Location - handy to public transport and shopping centre

Cons:

The property is not kept very well - the room stunk of chemical smell - the bathroom was filthy- mould in the shower - couch had stains on it - headboards had grease marks on them from peoples head - the outdoor veranda furniture was black with grime - we tried to clean it but gave up- all the cupboard doors and surfaces had sticky finger print marks along with smear marks from a cloth. I asked receptionist was the room was quiet- she said you won’t hear anything as it’s double glazed - unfortunately this isn’t the case - you hear the trams and traffic noise all night!!

Convenient location with clean quiet rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

Reception was very friendly. The location is a short train ride from Melbourne CBD so it was conveniently close. The room itself was very clean and I appreciated that there was a well-furbished kitchenette so I was able to make some food as needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was also very quiet so was easy to sleep well. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

My only complaint is the air conditioner was a bit noisy so I found it hard to sleep with it turned on.

See above. Handy for the mcg. But I wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

Nice big rooms

Cons:

Access. 2 lifts, no useable stairs other than in an emergency (through a neighbouring building). One lift out of order at the time of our visit over the whole of the Xmas period. Didn’t like that at all. Dirty plate the microwave. No room service whatsoever. Yes, it was Xmas. But no staff at all? Really? The bins were a bit lively by the time we left.
