Good but disappointing because facilities not available
Pros:

Loved location, staff welcoming and friendly.
Rooms very clean and comfortable.
Food good- breakfast and good menu for evening.
Only disappointment was that there were no spa facilities available- and that is the main advertising on hotel booking page!

We had a lovely few days stay .
Pros:

Location good .
Friendly staff
Comfortable and clean .

Cons:

We requested coffee and sandwiches for lunch ,apparently sandwiches were not on menu .
We went to Ballyliffen Lodge where we had a lovely sandwich of our choosing Sat out in the lovely garden and enjoyed the sunshine .
Also would have liked somewhere to sit outside apart from the smokers bench .

Had such a lovely stay at the hotel, staff are so friendly, especially Sharon who went above and beyond to accommodate us. A credit to the hotel. Thank you so much Sharon.

Location was lovely and although we didn’t use any of the facilities it seems a lovely hotel.

Cons:

Would not stay in a cosy room again ..much smaller than expected and in my opinion over priced.

Pros:

Very comfy rooms including towels, ironing board, hairdryer, smart TV. Classic rooms have a massive bed.great breakfast too

Overall, lovely hotel for a base in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Room was well presented and spacious.

Cons:

The Room was somewhat noisy on two evenings with regard to the room above us- floorboards were creaking with every step taken.
