Extremely confusing dark corridors nobody to help rude staff. It’s a dungeon unsafe to walk.
Loud construction on the pool.
Hotel very old needs upgrading
Restaurant closed at 9 pm nothing to eat.

pěkný vnitřní a úžasný venkovní bazén, široká nabídka služeb v relaxačním centru, střešní terasa se saunou a vířivkou

Cons:

1/ hlučná noční oslava do 02:00 první noc pobytu nepatří v žádném případě do hotelu této úrovně!
2/ na pokojích chybí přehledná informace o různé provozní době jednotlivých relaxačních zařízení.

Śniadanie super, duży wybór, panie z obsługi na sali mega pomocne, świeże soki wyciskane, dobra kawa, różnorodne menu i dużo miejsca, tylko nie wolno przyjść za późno ….lokalizacja super, blisko parku i tężni i innych atrakcji, wszedzie blisko. Korzystaliśmy ze Spa i tam obsługa i zabiegi na super poziomie, panie pomocne i nie robią problemów, przyjazne nastawienie do klienta.

Jesteśmy tu już któryś raz z rzędu, przyjeżdżamy kd kilku lat, indywidualnie i grupowo, wynajmujemy apartamenty w Aparthotel i pokoje w hotelu. Aparthotel ok wszystko, ale mamy jedna uwage- zdecydowanie jest teraz chaos na recepcji w głównym hotelu- którego kiedyś nie było! Nie polecamy żadnych dodatkowych atrakcji oferowanych przez hotel np sławetnych koncertów, bo recepcja mówi ze zaprasza, ale nie ma rezerwacji miejsc wiec musisz bycc15 min przed czasem i NA PEWNO będziesz miał miejsce. Tak mówi cały dzień. Przychodzisz o czasie a tu nic takiego nie ma, sala wygaszona i okazuje się ze jest impreza zamknięta a na prowizoryczny krótki koncert pani Karina z hotelu zaprasza abyś usiadł na starej kanapie przy recepcji, poza salą i słuchaj człowieku :-) . Słabe i żenujące. Od kilku lat przyjeżdżamy do tego hotelu ale nigdy mnie tak nie potraktowano. Klient grupowy wygrywa nad indywidualnym. Mimo to - pewnie wrócimy, bo pomimo słabej recepcji jest tu dużo ludzi pozytywnie nastawionych na klienta - np w spa.

Bardzo mi się podobała lokalizacja, chyba najlepsza w Busku. Personel recepcji był niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny. Pokoje z dużymi balkonami, akurat nam trafił się z pięknym widokiem na deptak. Pokoje z drugiej strony mają widok na parking, ale również na zieleń. Piękne dzieła sztuki na terenie hotelu i w jego otoczeniu na zewnatrz.

Cons:

Jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy łóżka mogły by być szersze a pościel tj. kołdry odrobinę większe nie 135 cm szerokości ale chociaż 165 cm.
