Loved the location!
Pros:

We loved the location! Extremely easy access to the subway, and very walkable to great restaurants.

Cons:

The elevator was dimly lit so accessing the floor panel was difficult.

Plug senza prese USB per telefono. Per quale ragione? Per vendere l’adapter che normalmente in un 5 stelle viene prestato.

Reasonable by compromised by some bad treatment by some of the staff

Nice room, good value

Cons:

There was a bit of an attitude problem with some of the staff. I have also a major complaint which is that I reserved a second stay after my initial stay which was 3 nights, I then cancelled it through Booking.com and I spoke to a member of the staff to ask that the cancellation fee be waived and he said that it would. A day later I found that in fact the Hotel had denied the request, I spoke to the same person and he assured me that the cancellation fee would not be charged and he also assured me that the notification that I had was some kind of automatic one that would itself be overridden. This did not happen!

Cons:

The Royalton cancelled my reservation at the last minute because I did not update my new credit card… they never reached out for a different card number.
I also blame Booking.com for not notifying me. My husband had just passed away and I did not get a chance to update my new information

Le petit déjeuner. Au début du séjour, très bien goûteux varié et copieux.
Après, ils ont changé la politique du petit déjeuner très cher pour ce qui était proposé
on avait droit qu'à 1 plat ne dépassant pas $20. Je déconseille le PDJ

Great roof too bar and pool
Pros:

Amazing warm roof top pool even in March. Great bar too with good happy hour deal. Very comfortable bed and well appointed room
