The pool is definitely one to experience.
Pros:

Amazing rooftop bar and swimming pool. Lovely friendly staff.

Cons:

Quite noisy in the room from water pipes in the morning.

Be aware!! Go somewhere else
Cons:

The moment you check in to this hotel you will be charged several times with no detailed bill or valid reason even days after check out
Also be careful from the valet service they will blame the guest for any mistake they make
They took our car to a no parking space and we got a parking violation and the hotel denied they were responsible for this!
On top of that waiting for your car to be ready can take more than 2 hours!!

Good and bad - probably wouldn't dash back, they aren't the luxury hotel they want to be or charge f
Pros:

Good things: large room, very quiet at night with the windows close and the bed was very comfy, we slept well. The cleaners were excellent. Some of the staff were great. The pool was nice, and heated.

Cons:

Do not bother with breakfast. You can include it and you get tokens to use for it but it's not well explained, and it's not a buffet so you have to order and wait. The manager was good but the rest of the staff in there were slow and not engaged. I had to wait ten minutes for a cup of coffee. The toilet in the room broke, it two two attempts over two days to fix it. Not cool, although the engineer was very nice and helpful. By far and away the worst thing was the terrible renovation noise in the afternoons, you couldn't stay in the room during it at all and they made no compensation for it. Just a letter "sorry for the noise" On the whole it was ok, would i go back, no.

Nice location. Not a 5 star hotel experience.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, situated among many restaurants and shops and not far from theaters and Koreatown. The staff downstairs by the door and the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. There was good temperature control in the hotel room.

Cons:

The wifi was not really usable. We were interrupted every 10 minutes and asked to disconnect and reconnect to the wifi because we were flagged for "malicious activity" while watching YouTube, Amazon, Hulu, and Netflix. Any website that played any sort of video, even an ad, seemed to ruin the connection and it would take minutes to be able to use it again. When contacting the staff, they said it was a common problem but there wasn't anything they could do to fix it. The engineer they said they contacted just brushed it off. We had to use our phone data as hotspots to use the internet. Don't expect to be able to stay in and be reliably online.

The facilities were okay, but not what I expected of a 5-star hotel. The bed was stiff and the pillows were flat. Besides the friendly staff downstairs and the nice temperature control in the room, I'd say this was closer to the 3-star hotel experiences I've had.

Great location and a very good hotel

Cons:

Parking - once you park it’s difficult to get your car out - allow for 45 mins and fee is expensive
Warm pool with very limited hours - not available for use in the evening
