TV SETUP BOX DID NOT WORK FIRST 2 DAYS. UNTIL THIS WAS CHANGED WITH ANOTHER SETUP BOX.
WATER PRESSURE IN BATHROOM WAS VERY LOW AND WATER WAS ALSO NOT WARM.

The hotel was very nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly and helped us with issues. The free WiFi was very fast. The restaurant on top of the hotel had very nice food, especially the hash-browns and the Upma.
The hotel was very far away from our desired destination. The surrounding area didn’t have much good hotels besides the “Ikk Punjab” which is also owned by who built the hotel. The free wifi was unsecured and unsafe, however we were told it was temporary and it needed to be fixed.
Easy to find , pleasing to the eye with all the little touches and references to Punjab .
The hotel has a good ethos of eco friendliness.

Okay place, friendly personal
The hotel did not seem to be a 4 star one, for which we have preferred. We felt homeless for certain moments as we went on a leisure trip to Delhi. The hotel management have failed to fulfill our basic needs. This is the first bad experience with booking dot com and hope it might be the last one too.

The neighbourhood is quite noisy and heavy traffic just outside main entrance.
The streets and neighbourhood is littered but seems friendly.
