Me tuve que cambiar de habitación 2 veces en 6 noches. Primero no andaba el yacuzzi, luego el frigobar. Me generó malestar, perdida de tiempo e incomodidad tener que andar reclamando cada vez.
Si bien lo resolvieron (cambiandonos de habitacion) fué a costa nuestra. Perdiendo tiempo y energía en nuestras vacaciones. No recibí ningún tipo de compensación por ello. Al menos esperaba un llamado de disculpas, o que envien agua refrigerada. Pero NADA. Si hubiera recibido un gesto, sería un hotel que recomendaría porque el resto estuvo bien. Pero me llevo una mala experiencia.

Ótimo lugar para descanso de trabalho e do dia a dia!
Pros:

Super indico, hotel limpo, café da manhã gostoso, funcionários atenciosos e uma ótima localização tanto da praia que é maravilhosa quanto dos comércios. Tudo bem perto! Oferece spa e quartos confortáveis. A roupa de cama tbm é ótima! Voltarei com certeza 😄♥️

Única coisa que a academia erva interditada , não ouse usar os parelhos.
